I just wanted to let you know that the company owner F [redacted] came out and redid all the problems areas with new concrete He did explain that he had health problems and it took him a long time to get caught up and that he had changed concrete companies because he had too many complaints regarding the cement he was using from the previous company He is always polite and never argues

[redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] *** [redacted] Hello, I send a complain to you regarding Safe Surface Concrete in [redacted] in March Last Friday, May the owner came and fixed the problems He told us he had health issues and it was taking him a long time to get his work caught up and apparently he had many other complains regarding broken concrete He has since changed companies and is trying to resolve everything Please make a note of this in the complaint I sent in March Thank you[redacted]
