I reiterate, it is for most moves to take longer than customers estimate owing to dynamisms aforementioned like logistics, traffic, etc.Third, we do not compell or ask a customer to help during the move, but when they do, things move quicker, ordely and smoother, giving precise and prompt directions on where everything is to be placed and set; Madam *** SENT DRIVERS TO THE STORAGE UNACCOMPANIED as she indicated in her complaintFurther, during unloading, Madam *** was in a secluded room eating pizza with her beautiful family while we toiled and had to stop midway carrying heavy items to kindly ask her where the items were going.Further, movers are human, we do not expect anything from customers but we always appreciate when customers empathetically offer us water as we move in hot sun, others gatorades and c, others even offer foodVery rarely do we get customers who order pizza and eat infront of movers while movers labor in their house with their furniture not even offering water.Safe To Go Movers is a legitimate, bonafide company run by James and JohnOur parents are Christians and they named us James & John after the brothers of Jesus Christ; sons of Zebedee and Mary of Cleophas...the disciples of ChristThat is our legal baptismal names: James and JohnWe like our names and are proud of our parents.I have never in my adult life called anyone a liar and if Madam *** allege that I called her a liar; I do not know what to call thatNow, I did let her know that 'l do not consider it wise to abort payments on services delivered when she imitated she was going to stop the check she had used to pay usI am not an attorney though law is not a privilege of lawyers but I do not think that that substantiates to be a threat.Finally, I reiterate that most moves usually take longer than the customers' estimate...it is for a move to take longer than expectedWe, Safe To Go Movers did not and cannot guarantee how long a move is going to take, not when a customer needs furniture loaded from couple different location that are several miles apartWe therefore do not feel that we should be paid for hours that madam *** estimated and not be paid for the extra hours we workedAt no point did we increase the price to the customerWe believe it is only fair to be paid for the total number of hours we worked and not on the number of hours the madam *** thought her move would take.Again, yours grateful,JamesSafe To Go Movers
