Dealing with Safe Way Moving & Storage was the worst customer service experience I have ever had They called me two days before my scheduled move to tell me that my move date was actually a company holiday and no one would be there, this is after I called them two days prior to confirm my move date and my preferred time The dispatch manager told me there was nothing he could do about the issue and put me on hold for several minutes only to come back and tell me that he just spoke to billing and they cancelled my move and were refunding me He then refused to let me speak to his manager After repeated requests, he transferred me to a number that said they were closed due to weather and hung up on me I called back his number which gave me the same recorded message Eventually the customer service manager called me back and told me that my refund was denied and that I would not get my money back She didn't care what the dispatch manager said She also refused to let me talk to her boss, the owner I called my credit card company and disputed the charge

Please think twice and look carefully at the reviews of this company before you use themThey have bold faced lied to me on multiple occasionsI was told different things by different employeesAnd they will not honor what I was originally told or even check into itI can't even speak to the person who was originally "helping" meI've tried calling his direct extension and emailing but neither are returnedCompletely disorganized and my experience thus far with them has been nothing short of a huge headacheI just hope my belongings show up!

Safe way moving & storage Inc , Orlando Florida is the worst moving company, They are rip off and very unprofessional. Immediately you agreed to let them move your belongings and pay a deposit that is the last time they will pick your phone calls. They are very greedy, you get one quote but end up paying a thousand more, while half of your belongings are wet, furniture dented and missing items. Please don't use this company

Finding a company that is easy to trust and use for future work is relatively difficult for me, as I'm extremely picky. I went with Safeway Moving and Storage, and they answered every need I could have presented to them. I don't have one complaint. GREAT JOB!
