Safe Security has not cancelled my service. Proper notification has been given and I feel I have overpaid.
My service cancellation letter was mailed to Safe Security on Feb. 26,2014 from a Ca. address to a Ca. address. It normally takes 2 to 3 days to receive mail within Ca. via U.S.P.S. Safe Security says my letter was received Feb. 5,2014. My credit card was charged(by Safe Security) $46.99 on Feb. 6,2014. This should have been my last payment but I was told that another months monitoring fee was owed. Another payment was sent by my bank on Mar. 17,2014 and funds removed from my account on Mar. 20,2014. Today, April 5,2014, another bill arrived in the amount of $46.99 which shows that Safe Security has failed to cancel my services with them. I don't feel they are owed any more of my money, in fact , I feel that Safe Security should reimburse me $46.99. Safe Security bills one month in advance, so my Payment on X-X-XXXX should have been the last payment.
