[email protected] AttachmentsJul to me Dear [redacted] ***, I am responding to your email letter of June 29, in regards to complaint # [redacted] involving [redacted] .I acknowledge doing work on Mr [redacted] ’ Range Rover DiscoveryThis work was specifically discussed and agreed upon by and with Mr [redacted] I have attached emails between Mr [redacted] and myself that specifically addressed the issues as well as the expectations of resolving those issues Mr [redacted] is now unjustly complaining aboutI am including the original invoice that specifies all the work that was performed.May it be noted that Mr [redacted] did stop back only ONCE to complain of a new vibrationThis turned out to be a drive shaft issue totally unrelated to the work that had already been performedI immediately went to work on the new issue and fixed that problemYou will find an invoice attached that specifically outlines the additional work performed as well as the additional charges for itMr [redacted] , to this date has not paid this invoice.I had NO OTHER complaints or communications with Mr [redacted] as to the original work performed.I had no indication of any complaints or dissatisfaction by Mr [redacted] until you emailed this letterHad I known of any issue(s) that Mr[redacted] had, I would have gladly and immediately addressed those with himThere was never a mention of an issue.I invite you or anyone of your staff to visit my shop so that you can see first hand the business that I runI have never had any complaints against me nor any customers that have left dissatisfied with the work performed.I look forward to your responsePlease see attachmentsEric B***Trailhead 4x& Off Road LLC440-212-
