The allegations of workers being on ladders while she tanned in our spray tan room are false. I have security cameras in my salon, that are DVR and record footage, that CLEARLY show while Ms [redacted] was in her room the workers were not up on ladders in the room adjacent to her own, as she has...

suggested. The workers were simply standing, on the ground, in the next room, with 12 ft high walls and NOT looking over the walls at Ms [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This is totally false.  He was ABSOLUTELY standing on a ladder while I was coming out of the tanning booth.  He was still up there while I was dressing and for some time after I was in the lobby talking to the it at the counter and the manager of the workers!  Even HE saw him on the ladder and told him to get down!  Unequivocally - there was a man on a ladder while I was in there.  So - do the SECURITY CAMERAS video tape people naked in the booths as well? How would you know whether I was in or out of the actual tanning booth if they weren't video taping me - stark naked - coming in and out at the moment he was on the ladder?  I don't know how long he was up there but he was ABSOLUTELY THERE when I finished.  I SAW him.  How would I have even known there were workers in there, with ladders, if I didn't see one peering down into the room above where I was.  I would like to see this security footage because there would most definitely be evidence that, minimally, I went into the room and a man went on a ladder.  I contacted the Glassboro police and when they contacted me after visiting your establishment - they did not mention there being any type of security video.  I would have thought that it would have been the first thing you told any officers - that there was video showing that it didn't happen the way I said it did.  Video would have been the perfect evidence.  So I'm making this all up?  For what reason?  For a $100 package for a terrible and splotchy spray tan?  I'm some sort of tanning salon thief/mental patient who signs up for a package and then makes false allegations so that I can get 2 for free?  I'm 55 yrs old and make a very decent living.  I don't need to scam anyone for a few free spray tans. This is exactly the type of response I anticipated from a place that does not take responsibility for their actions, hires immature high schoolers to run the business and who don't even have the courtesy of contacting me when I was unhappy with what happened that day to even offer any type of apology or explanation.  Your customer service both in the salon and with this situation are appalling.  And the fact that you didn't have even an ounce of decency to contact me just goes to show you what type of business you run.  And then you're telling me that it wasn't true - unacceptable.  But I'm not surprised.  DON'T GO THERE.  That's what I'm telling anyone who reads this and anyone else I can tell.  They don't give a crap about their customer's feelings, wishes OR privacy and security.  Then they'll video tape you and tell you that you're lying.  Despicable business practices.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 18, 2015/09/15) */
Complaint was unanswered to the Revdex.com due to change in management in the office.
Dr. [redacted] handled the complaint in the office with mentioned employee. If patient was expecting to see a confrontation between the physician and employee, that...

would of been unprofessional. As physician stated he would do, he spoke with employee and handled the complaint as he saw fit. As far as medication not being sent, we cannot comment on that due to HIPAA.
Office is unable to give refund of visits. Patient was seen and patient was treated as physician saw fit.
Patient will need to contact the office directly in regards to medical records.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 20, 2015/09/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I'm glad my complaint was handled by the doctor. But I was verbally attacked and abused by his employee for no reason. I was seen by the doctor but I was not treated. He did not do an exam or treat my condition. He did ask the employee to pull up my test results. She could not find them and he started to walk out of the room. I had to stop him and pull up my test results on my phone to show him. There for I did his job for him. he was very rude. Then when he shut the door I was verbally attacked by his employee because she got in trouble for not doing her job. I came there to be treated for my illness and instead I got abused. As a result of this I had to endure pain till I could find a new doctor. I found a great caring doctor who treated me and now I'm pain free.I keep getting bills for my copay for the day I did not receive treatment. I would like my co pay dropped since I did not get the care I paid for. and since I was abused in his office I believe I'm being nice for only asking for my co pay to be dropped. Thank You
