We responded to this customer by telephone and email? The customer asked for a refund because her situation had changedThe situation was discussed at length with the customerThe customer had previously signed a contract that clearly stated it was a non-refundable depositThis is a generally accepted policy within the venue businessThis customer then threatened "it is also unfair to place your future business on a refund"This was considered as a threat and therefore all communication with the customer was stoppedThe customer then started a [redacted] campaign with an effort to malign our businessShe has since called our business in which case we did not respondWe requested a letter of cancelation from the customer and never received itWe offered to refund the deposit, if the date we held for the customer, could be rebooked.? The customer's initial deposit was more than the required deposit by $This was promptly returned to the customer a long with a copy of contract.? Attached are images of the contract[redacted] ***?
