I have searched the records, and I cannot find an order for Mr*** He can contact me directly at ***@guardianlaw.com

Tommy did work for the company for a little while he has not been with the company for over a year I cannot find Ms [redacted] as a client She needs to provide some more information I have searched the database and it does not show she purchased anything Without any further information, I cannot verify the validity of her concerns What I need to know is if she bought with a partner, what address she purchased under, did she use a different name to purchase, etc Normally, if a client purchases the account will pull up with their name Nothing is pulling from her name to show that she ever purchased anything from Safeguard Until I get more information I cannot respond Thanks,***

I got the email from SafeGuard on 24/March/the Gentleman's name is TommyThe email said he had some really important tax information to go over with meAfter few times of the phone conversations on 08/ Jun/ I bought the package, I have been told they have great reputations and they are the best choose to do the tax report for meI paid one time over $and they also charges by monthlyHowever, never get the training from themNow I try to contact SafeGuard for my 2015's tax report, I have called SafeGuard many times never pick up my phone and email never respondedI feel it though I was scam out of my moneyNow, I just want all my Money backAnd stop the monthly payment

the situation. It does appear,[redacted] purchased the services from Safeguard Business Advantage. It also appears that the representative who was assigned to provide the tax services unintentionally missed his appointment with her. At this point, Safeguard will issue a full refund to Ms. [redacted]. A representative will contact her today.

Though not outlined in the initial complaint, the request was for a full refund, which was to include the monthly fees that have been charged to date, and immediate discontinuance of the monthly charges, as we are not receiving any kind of a service for those fees.
