I never posted anything on here beforeBut I had to post something on hereI had/ (still having) the worst customer service experience ever in my life! I purchased a Jeep from this companyAnd the very first day I bought the vehicle the windshield had a crack on the right sideTHE VERY FIRST DAY! definitely looked like a stress crack because the car is brand newSo after a day of discovering the crack we went into the dealership to show them the problem and have them help us outAnd the complete opposite happenedwhen we pulled into the inspection department they didn't even acknowledge usJust sat there until I went up to them and asked for helpthen the gentleman just took seconds at the windshield and said that it is not a stress crack and its our faultAnd may I say again THE CAR IS A DAY OLD! we have tried calling, leaving voicemails and email trying to get this resolvedBut we keep getting the run around with themnow it has been about a month and still haven't gotten this fixed or resolvedDon not buy your car from this dealershipThey do not stand behind what they selland the customer service is god awfulThis is a huge purchase so if you are going to spend your money on a nice carI would not recommend this dealership
