Sent: Wednesday, June 08, 2016 6:31 PM Subject: RE: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Regarding Complaint #[redacted]       I called store since I hadn't heard from anyone. I spoke to Faiza (salesperson). She explained she was going to call later in the evening.        I was expecting to have options today to choose from. I have waited long enough to do exchange. She had told me last week some some Shirin employees went to trade show in Vegas and will have more choices on Monday. Today is Wednesday same story they don't have anything. She will be off next 2 days and she will pass it along to her co-worker Jose to search for ring.        They are making it so hard. They obviously don't have anything in stock. Corporate manager Mike has continued to ignore my messages to call me. He tells his employees he already talked to me twice. Yes Mike we have spoke twice and after each call you have to disconnect and say you will call me back. Which you dont!!! You brush me off each time. Mr. Mike please be professional and resolve this matter. Shame on you for not making this a priority. This customer is not satisfied. You have been given more than enough time to take care of this. Please stop replying to go into the store I have done that, you have no options!!! What steps are you going to take to handle this? Why haven't you return my calls?
