Thank you for contacting us concerning the owners complaint about the fence install at his property at *** *** *** The day the owner lodged a complaint with us we responded via emailThe next day I sent our employee over to send him
video documentation on all his concernsHe did not respond back to us in any way
The owner is stating that he asked for treated wood and treated wood was purchased and usedHe is saying that he asked for ft of fence, when we actually installed (13) fence post with sections ft wide in between that is a total of ft of fence that was installed
The owner is stating that there was damaged planks on the fence and there is only one fence post that was cracked and we offered to go out and fix that at no costHe is also stating the fence is crooked on the property line, the fence was installed as close to the property line as possibleThere are railroad ties that are built into the ground*** video taped and emailed the owner showing the railroad tiesOwner is stating gate does not open and shut properly, again, we have a video that was sent to the owner that it does indeed open and close
The owner was asking for an additional post and panel installed in the front of the property line and have it tapered downThat is why we requested additional funds for the additional workWe have pics of the fence on our end showing that quality work was done and we offered a more than fair price for the work that was doneWe will not be giving the owner back any part of his payment for the workThank you for your time
