In response to the letter written on August 22, from [redacted] This situation is ongoing, Cabin to Castle has not determined the cause of the movement to the slab We have notified our insurance company and an adjustor has already been assigned to this fileIt seems that Mrs [redacted] does not understand the process, and that all correspondents must go through the insurance company The company that recommended installing weeping tile did not run a camera through the existing weeping tile to confirm that is the problem, or if they guarantee the proposal they submitted will workThe amount initially told to Cabin to Castle was 20,for the damages and is now written as 32, Cabin to Castle would still like to be involved with the resolution of this situation, however until a claim has been made, and a solution found we can not jeopardize our insurance
Hello,we we were not contacted by a member of the businessOnly an insurance company called [redacted] sent us an email to send them two estimates in regards to damagesWe sent one estimate which was initially also sent to Cabin to Castle for payment and just last week we called another company to give us a second estimate to send to this insurance companywe do not know what the outcome or solution isThey just asked us for informationWe want to know if we will be getting our damages paid for or notOther than that we have not heard anything else and do not know what the next step isNor has insurance confirmed they received our first estimate which was sent two weeks ago Thanks, ***
