I am rejecting this response because:
The response does not in any way address my concern.  Regarding the most recent visit to [redacted], we were told that there was a significant Carbon Monoxide leak and we needed to purchase a new furnace through them right away.  I immediately called an actual furnace company to get a second opinion and they said there was absolutely no issue.  The furnace works great, there is no CO leak and nothing wrong with the furnace, we were told it has many years left. This dishonest sales practices needs to stop.  How many customers have been taken advantage of by this?  This is the second time this has been done to us out of 4 calls.  All services need to be canceled with you immediately.  Any outstanding balances will not be paid and I still demand full refunds for what we have paid you.  Additionally, I need to know how to be reimbursed for the two follow-up services I needed to make with furnace companies when given insufficient service by your company.  If this is not addressed promptly, further action will be taken and the attorney general's office will be notified for starters.

Mr. B[redacted],  I'm happy that you took the time to explain this to me and I appreciate your response.  It's a shame that I had to go to such lengths just to have someone explain to me the situation.  I still did not get an explanation as to why I was put on a "No Service" list, but I can only assume it was because of my complaint to the builder concerning multiple service requests for my new home.  [redacted] still handles your service requests so I do not want to use a different provider and be charged for service using someone else.  I believe I extended the warranty to the 10 year max as well with the manufacturer so I'm covered.  We still have an issue with our front room circulation and a service request was put in to have this fixed with another damper install along with another thermostat recommended by one of your technicians.  This ongoing problem, the "No Service" listing, recent re-hanging of the main unit due to improper install, and the two and a half year history of my services are the reasons for the complaint.  I'm sure you reviewed this history and can appreciate my concerns.  Thank you for your time and I hope that we can resolve our remaining issue.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Thank you for your patience in our response/rebuttal for Revdex.com Complaint# [redacted] listed in the name of [redacted] located at the address of [redacted] in Bloomington, MN. Please note that our field service coordinator spoke with Mr. [redacted] yesterday and went out to his house to look at the concerns he has. The plow line area grew up more weeds than grass so an order was placed to spray that area for weeds; and then top dress and seed the area afterwards. Mr. [redacted] is happy with doing that in order to resolve the issue. Please contact us is additional information is needed. Sincerely, Shauntee [redacted]

Please find attached the response to complaint [redacted].

May 2, 2016 Mr. [redacted] Mound, MN 55364-9250 Mr. [redacted]: This letter responds to your complaint to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) of Minnesota regarding your account for natural gas service at [redacted], Mound, Minnesota 55364. Your complaint states that...

CenterPoint Energy disconnected natural gas service to your property after processing your request to start service at a new residence [redacted] Zimmerman, Minnesota. You also state that you were held responsible for gas charges at the property in Zimmerman despite never closing on that home. To resolve these concerns, I have investigated this issue and ensured that your account has been billed correctly. All charges related to the address in Zimmerman have been removed from your account, and billing has been reinstated in your name for your property at [redacted], Mound, Minnesota. Your account has not been referred to a Collection Agency, and no late fees or other penalties have been assessed by CenterPoint Energy. Your complaint mentions that CenterPoint Energy shut off natural gas services to your home during the course of this transaction. In the email correspondence dated November 30, 2015, our representative explained that CenterPoint Energy requires customer information to start a new account after an account is closed, and without that information, the natural gas service at the property may be disconnected. CenterPoint Energy records show that notification of this policy was provided by our representative on November 30, 2015: ADDRESS: [redacted] MOUND, MN We have received your request to discontinue the natural gas service at [redacted] MOUND, MN and a service technician will shut off service on 12/15/2015. TO AVOID DISCONNECT / PLEASE PROVIDE FIRST AND LAST NAME OF NEW OCCUPANT I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of these issues. At this time, your account has been rebilled correctly. If you have any further questions, please contact me. Sincerely, Robin H Regulatory Liaison CenterPoint Energy

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, I would like to note that their records are incorrect because I was told that my gas could not be turned back on on 9/15 because of "weather and workload" and that's why it was rescheduled to the 16th. In addition, I think it is inappropriate for a company to expect me to let a stranger into my house late at night (after 10pm) when I was home alone.

I have attached our response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint. Please let me know if there are any questions.Sincerely,Robin HRegulatory LiaisonCenterPoint Energy

May 12, 2016 Mr. [redacted] Isanti, MN 55040-4407 Mr. [redacted]: This letter responds to your complaint to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) of Minnesota regarding the repair of your range at [redacted], Isanti, Minnesota 55040-4407. CenterPoint Energy records show that...

Home Service Plus (HSP) has visited your home to repair your range on multiple occasions. In November 2010, our technician ordered a total of 4 burner assemblies to resolve the issue with the popping sound at your range. No further issues were reported after this visit, until March 2015, when multiple repair visits were made to your property in an attempt to resolve this issue. After replacing the regulator at the range, the appliance was tested and the issue was resolved, although a new burner indicator (LED light) was also ordered. CenterPoint Energy does not have record of installing this part. CenterPoint Energy and HSP dispute your assertion that HSP technicians are “not qualified to work on the range top,” as our records show that this issue was appropriately diagnosed and repaired in March 2015.  HSP appliance repair technicians regularly use monometers and are proficient in their use. In this case, only 8” of pressure was measured from the regulator at your range. After the repair was completed (including replacing the regulator), the appliance was found to be functioning properly with no popping sounds evident. If that is no longer the case, another repair visit may be warranted so that HSP may investigate the issue further. CenterPoint Energy and HSP have made multiple good faith attempts to repair your appliance. Repair costs (covered by your HSP Repair Plan) total approximately $1500 in parts and labor, but you have been charged only for the monthly cost of your Repair Plan. Finally, please note that HSP Repair Plan coverage applies only to residential properties. Our notes indicate that your property may have been converted to a Bed & Breakfast. If your property is now a business, it may no longer qualify for HSP coverage. If you have any further questions at this time, please reply to this letter. Sincerely, Robin H Regulatory Liaison CenterPoint Energy

Is it possible they sent it to a different Andy a T[redacted]?  Can they show record of it being cashed because that would show someone other than myself cashed it or their system is incorrectly showing it as received and cashed  Thank you, andy

April 5, 2016Ms. [redacted]Chanhassen, MN 55310Ms. [redacted]:This letter responds to your complaint to the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) of Minnesota regarding the refund of the credit balance on your account for natural gas service at [redacted], Bloomington,...

Minnesota 55420.CenterPoint Energy records show that your account carried a credit balance of $521.82 in January 2016, and that you called to request a refund of this credit balance on January 7 and again on January 25. Because your payments were made to CenterPoint Energy through Checkfree, a third party payment vendor, your money was refunded through Checkfree by CenterPoint Energy’s Remittance Department. This refund was received by Checkfree on February 2, 2016. Typically, this transaction is completed within a matter of days. However, as you know, the refund was not applied to your bank account in a timely manner. You contacted our office on multiple occasions in March 2016 in an effort to locate your refund, and it was not until April 1, 2016 that the funds were deposited in your bank account. On behalf of CenterPoint Energy, I would like to apologize for the delay in applying the refund to your bank account. CenterPoint Energy and Checkfree management are investigating the reason for this delay in an attempt to prevent this issue from occurring in the future. If you have any further questions, please contact me.Sincerely,Robin H Regulatory LiaisonCenterPoint Energy[redacted]
