My grandmother placed this order for me and her credit card was charged on July 3 2013. I have still not received the products. I sent a few emails and called a few times and finally I got a response on July 22,2013 saying she would send them out on July 23 and send another set complementary for the trouble.. it has been 10 days and I have not received anything and they have not responded to my calls or emails.
