The girl thats answering the phone is RUDE & has a poor Mindset for customer service and HUNG UP In my face ...she Over talk me didn’t have any memory of EVER SPEAKING TO ME previously and claims she’s the Manager...After me letting her know that she ensured me a tech would come by to re fix a LOCK & I waited 4 days for there Tech to come and he never came to fix problem and was a No call no show ..that I paid this company to do my entire house LOCKS and I spent $375 to only find months later my key won’t work in my door ..This company also informed me that there will be a cost for me the Customer that Paid previously for there work ..I am still waiting for my lock to be corrected ..Very unprofessional and Lacks business ethic ..I initially found this company on google and I regret it ..

Worst company ever. Ran out of a day care. If you call you will hear children in the background. They stop answering if you have any issues and all numbers are forwarded to a cell phone at the same location. Their tech broke the handle on my lock and they immediately stopped answering my calls after informed of this. I had to hire a different company to fix what they broke. Do not trust them or the fake reviews they post of themselves online. Break your own window and call window repair to get any semblance of professionalism

I am from Ontario. I locked my keys in my car while in Royal Oak. I was quoted $29 for the call and $15 to unlock my car. The Technician drove a dark grey Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was charged $30 for the call and $245 to unlock my car!!! When asked why the increase in price, the Technician told me it was Sunday night and that Winter rates applied. I was totally taken advantage of. It took the Technician only 5 minutes to unlock my car.

Very disappointed with this company. I had duplicate keys made at a local retailer. When the keys did not work, I called SafeKey First Locksmith to check the door lock. The serviceman came out and told me that the lock was okay and that the keys were not properly made. He offered to make a key and initially I saiid “No” and that I would return to the store to have the keys remade. He charged me $29 for the service call. Then...I thought that maybe I would have one key made. When I called SafeKey First Locksmith back about an hour later about the cost to make one key, the representative said it would cost $65 for one key! That is highway robbery. I won’t do business with this company. The have a unique business and their prices are outrageous.

Great Company Fantastic Service!

I locked my keys in my car. Called the company in Fraser Safekey to come out. I get a quote of 65 dollars. My car was running in my driveway for over an hour and half before someone finally came out. When he gets here they charged me 153 dollars. I was in shock and also charged me 10 percent extra for using a credit card. I went on there website they charged me the same as they do for someone who lost there key. When my mother called the place whom works at a law firm the man on the phone told her maybe she couldn't read. Then proceeded to hang up on her when she told the gentlemen on the phone that she works for a lawyers office and that's false advertisement and illegal and asked her is that a threat. Then he hung up the phone while she was talking . I was charged double what they said and they insulted my family as if we can't read there websites. We took pictures of the website if needed and the receipt.

Unfortunately sir you were far out of our service area. The gentlemen we sent out was a contractor we may not have noticed how far you where when you originally called we didn't want you waiting in the cold so we sent the contractor. However the contractors still go over the price before they do the work if you did not want to pay the price you should not have signed the work order. Some general knowledge in case you find yourself locked out again that you must keep in mind is that every car is unique they do not all open the same way as stated on our website car unlocking is typically 65.00 maybe since your car was running it may have been harder to open up. In conclusion if you had an issue with the price you should have called the office to let us know we would have worked something out you signed the work order paid him and he left there is nothing we can do. It wasn't till a few days after we were called by an irate women threatens us the company and cursing us out on the phone. I told the women when she calmed down she could give us a call back and that's where this ended. As far as the extra fee for credit im not sure what that was about I know some of our contractors use their own credit card terminals sorry if that made you uncomfortable.

Purchase my key on 12 October it was a key with the remote unlock lock panic and trunk opener today is 23 October I went to open my car and the alarm went off with the unlock button tried to push the lock button and it kept going on and off the panic button wouldn’t turn the alarm off I called the company they said it wasn’t the key issue they insist on saying it was my car that I should take it to the dealership but every time I push the key the alarm went off the receipt says 90 day warranty they failed to come out or give me my money back they refuse to do anything they won’t answer my calls these guys are a scam I found the same key that I purchased on Amazon for six dollars and I paid 120 they are using people their customer care skills are terrible they could care less about any problems and they do not fix them or answer your calls.

We offered to send a guy back out to as the issue who was in the area to see what the issue was since everything was working after our first encounter. Since you damaged your last key due to water damage its possible that maybe you may have damaged your new key. All we wanted to do was take a look in person at the issue could have been easily resolved but instead you slander the company and cuss over the phone followed by threats, even then we still waited and listened. I will not send my employees to a hostile environment bottom line sorry hope you can resolve your issue.

The owner of this company is not honest. I hired them to install deadbolt locks on three doors of my house. I had already purchased the locks to make sure they matched the hardware on the doors. The locksmith that showed up said that he could install the locks, and that the labor would be $200 for each door. He also had to get some additional hardware to complete the job. He returned and began work on the first door. He overcut the circle for the top lock and so there are gaps on the sides. He did not cut the mortice properly and so the deadbolt does not extend far enough into the lock socket to secure the door. We told him that we were not satisfied with the job and he said it was the best he could do. We said that we would pay for one door and find someone else to do the other two. He charged us $353 for one door, which included $63 for the additional hardware for three doors. He left the floor full of wood shavings, spoke condescendingly to me and was rude to my father. I called the owner, who at first argued with me, then told me to send pictures of the work. I did, and included a detailed description of what had happened. The owner admitted that it wasn't done correctly. He offered to send out someone else to complete the job, but he couldn't guarantee that they would honor the the price quoted. This company contracts the work out and the people they hire set their own prices, despite the prices listed on the website. Needless to say, I didn't have them back to complete the job. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
