to whom it may concern, I [redacted] owner of Northern Nevada Tree Experts LLC did in fact on 10/18/17 meet with Lenny (the home owner)...

with an extremely large half dead cotton wood tree, and Paula (the neighbor) at approximately 8:00 A.M. We discussed what was to be done and I informed her that we would most likely need to get into her back yard for branches, her reply "no problem". In that same discussion she expressed that she was upset that the tree was being removed! I am on site all day! We begin our day up against a very difficult and very easy to screw up removal, we had the tree down approximately 12:00P.M. no damage to any roof, fence, or structure, not to bad considering the difficulty of the removal. We did damage a dilapidated piece of lattice that was rigged to the top of a fence that was built in the 1980's, and was leaning against the tree. (Wish we could provide photos!) We waited to clean up her back yard for last, we knocked on the door and rang the bell and with no answer we proceeded to do our clean up after all she did say "no problem" witch in my eyes is permission.We never broke any lock of fence on her property. There were No animals present in the back yard. I talked to the home owner about this complaint from her neighbor and she is very happy with all of the work we did and can't stop thanking us enough and says she will be referring us to all of her friends and family, spoke to her yesterday (10/24). I admit no guilt in this matter, I feel this is imaginary or a lot of extra free time.
There is a reason I'm the most highly rated tree service in Northern Nevada right now, we have integrity, honesty, and big hearts!

Wow. More lies. He NEVER offered to do free work for me. This man is terrifiying. No conscience or moral compass whatsoever. I want nothing to do with him , nor any more written lies. I truly feel for him and his family. No more contact please. Thank you.
