Incompetence At It's Best
Safelink is on a security roll. In addition to poor customer service, poor connectivity, poor language skills and hanging up on calls, they won't answer any questions without a huge amount of verification on your account. Sounds like a stock answer for never helping you. Of course, none of them are consistent about what information they need: text code, email, enrollment ID code, last four digits of frequent calls on phone. Or they just stop talking and hang on the phone when they are upset ?*!?. What should I do? Ditch they crap once and for all and get a low priced ? and get a competitor's plan (not Verizon which owns Trafone, Net 10, etc.

Review: On or about three months I called safe link and asked for a replacements phone with the same number.They assured me that it would come in seven to ten business days well that's the samething that they said for the last three months.They didn't send it out,they sent it to thewrong address.They turned off my phone and said I have to wait for the new phone to come andi didn't receive my monthly minutesDesired Settlement: I would like to receive a new phone with my monthly minutes and I want to keep the same telephone number.For my three months of stress I would like 500 additional minutes.
