This complaint is completely without merit, libelous, and intended to wrongly, and falsely impugn the excellent reputation of our clinic.Almost every word of [redacted] 's complaint is false, and easily proven so[redacted] made payments of $for successive months ending in October 2014., without a word of dissatisfaction Her treatment was scheduled for November Below, center is an exact transcription of a pleasant confirming voice mail left by her on November The SOLE purpose of [redacted] 's displeasure was that the nurse she had met with and become close to was no longer employed by SafeLIPOWe have filed litigation against this nurse, obtained an injunction against her, and filed a nursing board complaint, for speaking with patients post termination, and bad mouthing and slandering SafeLIPO out of spiteShe has caused substantial financial damage.On Monday November 10, at 10:AM, I received the following message recording from [redacted] for her treatment scheduled the following day (###-###-####), in response to a confirmation call for her appointment the next day (this is a voice transcription, the original is saved and you can listen to the actual recording)"Yeah this is [redacted] I'm sorry I have been out of townYes I will have my appointment tomorrowSo we'll see you guys thenI was just wondering what I need to do to prepare but I am still traveling so I have intermittent service but talk to you guys laterBye" [redacted] then called about hours later, after learning that the RN [redacted] , was no longer with SafeLipo LLC, and had been replaced by a much more experienced provider, Dr [redacted] *** [redacted] had developed a personal attachment to [redacted] and was upset that she was not going to be the provider This November phone call was the FIRST time [redacted] expressed and dissatisfaction, and it was solely related to [redacted] 's departure,Regarding her comments on my ( [redacted] ***) ethics, I spoke ONCE with [redacted] for a grand total of a about minutes on November Anything she said is and libelous (and probably come from [redacted] .I have been in this industry since 2001, and have an outstanding reputation FYI when [redacted] attempted to reverse the credit card charges, her bank reviewed the paper, and promptly denied her request.If I can answer any questions, please call me at ###-###-####.Warm Regards, [redacted] ***, Founder / President, SafeLIPO
