The job was only rescheduled once due to custom parts being back orderedThat system installed is a tight secured systemIt is attached at each connection securelyWe always run draft test and show the homeowner how it operatesThis system was ran for nearly 1/hours while our technician s were thereAbsolutely no issues2nd, we have never received call, email, or notification about a issueIm also confused with someone "taping" it up Then you saying you had to pay $to have it repaired but want our crews to come back and fix it Something doesn't sound right hereThat system installed is a leak free installI know you and your kids were trying to move the stove when our techs said they would not do thatYou might of accidentally disconnected something in the systemWe are more than happy to come back and lool at itPlease just contact the officeBut there was absolutely nothing wrong at time of installThe had it up and running while you made tgem bread and they showed you how to use itIf it was going to smoke it would of happened thenRegards

This in noway is a valid issue and should be removed!!!The job was first booked and given an install dateNo deposit was given as we require payment on completion when the homeowner is satisfiedThe job was completed on time and within the agreed budget rangeThe homeowner was involved in the entire install process and walked through each step to make him aware of how it was being installedOur crews finished on time later that eveningAfter going over lighting instructions and proper care method s the homeowner s said they were very satisfied and raved at how beautiful and amazing it lookedThey paid in full and were instructed that the inspector would return to sign offThe permit was pulled, paid and granted by Jerome cityWhen the inspection was called in for final Jerome City admitted there was a mix upIn Jerome you have Jerome city and Jerome countyIt was a mix up on there part and a somple fixWe worked the state and transferred proper permitsIt since has been corrected and passedWe did build a custom concrete top that has wooden formsOur crews were out a couple weeks back to remove them and Mr [redacted] /homerowner told our crews to leave them up until the inspector came outWe told hime the forms have no play in the inspection process and could actually cause the inspector to put pass/with exceptions on the projectWhich is what happenedMr [redacted] would not listen to us on how the process goesInstead he acted as a contractor and hindered the process This is very unfair and should have no negative affect on us as we did everything that is required by usWe thousands of jobs annually and have never had this issueWe hope that this will be removed as a issue!!! regards

We had an appointment with this company today (2/16/19). We were scheduled for 9:00-11:00. No one showed up or called to let us know that they couldn't make it. My husband called and left a message and no one returned our call.
Very POOR business practice!

I am rejecting this response because; Mr& Mrs *** did not pick out an insert !!! job was to seal the fire brick and replace if needed, put in a liner, redue hearth, put on a top on chimney (Cap)this was done all verable and NO contact drawn upPIRCE was also stated for less than $ 5000.00. Number , Jerome City or Jerome County dose not issue permits , it is done buy the State, and I believe the contractor did not have a permit when he started . He may have had one when he was finished but but could not show > Wife and I spent most of the day Tuesday in Boise looking for his place of buisnes and could not find IE S Broadway Boise, from there to WGowen RD Boise, and in kuna and Meridian Idaho we did not find there office so we could talk to them instead of on the phone, which all calls on both ends were very rude .Also the work Proposal was given at the end of the job and dated 7-8-17 NOT 7-3-There was no list of cost items ie cost of insert, cost of hearth repair, cost of chimney cap, Sealing of fireplace, replacement brick .The job was to start on July 2nd and started July 5th and work Proposal dated 7-8-17.It took over three weeks to have anyone come out and look at the job, and if I had not requested it and went and talked the people ,city , countythe job would have never been inspectedLastly WHO is saying anything about their work that they did ?? Its not what I asked for. J

After going over lighting instructions and proper care method s the homeowner s said they were very satisfied and raved at how beautiful and amazing it looked. They paid in full and were instructed that the inspector would return to sign off. The permit was pulled, paid and granted by Jerome city. When the inspection was called in for final Jerome City admitted there was a mix up. In Jerome you have Jerome city and Jerome county. It was a mix up on there part and a somple fix. We worked the state and transferred proper permits. It since has been corrected and passed. We did build a custom concrete top that has wooden forms. Our crews were out a couple weeks back to remove them and Mr. [redacted]/homerowner told our crews to leave them up until the inspector came out. We told hime the forms have no play in the inspection process and could actually cause the inspector to put pass/with exceptions on the project. Which is what happened. Mr [redacted] would not listen to us on how the process goes. Instead he acted as a contractor and hindered the process   This is very unfair and should have no negative affect on us as we did everything that is required by us. We received a refund check back with a undeliverable address. Please have Mr [redacted] call us to schedule a drop off time in person. I have now sent out 3 separate checks and all 3 have been returned or not delivered.

were there. Absolutely no issues. 2nd, we have never received 1 call, email, or notification about a issue. Im also confused with someone "taping" it up.  Then you saying you had to pay $732 to have it repaired but want our crews to come back and fix it.  Something doesn't sound right here. That system installed is a leak free install. I know you and your kids were trying to move the stove when our techs said they would not do that.
