Safer Home Services are the only one who actually spent time looking for Termites at our home. They spent nearly two hours looking in the attic and our home. No one else hardly did anything out of three other company's that came out and no one went in the attic. A year ago, I was horrified to discover that we had a roach problem in our home, due to bugs that accompanied a temporary houseguest. After the initial consultation with Ira, we were satisfied with the price he quoted, and the promise that the work was guaranteed so if we had any more "unwelcome visitors" in our home he would come back and retreat at no additional charge. Ira came back on a day we scheduled, and treated our entire home, and we were very impressed with how thorough he was. He explained their methods and why they work, and told me about the products he was using. As he explained, after the treatment the problem did get a little bit worse...but then it got better and soon afterward cleared up completely. We haven't seen a single roach since then! After two unsuccessful years of this type of treatment, I heard about Safer Home Services, they came out and found SEVEN nests of ants, removed them, and we have not had a problem since. They also treated that building, another building we own and our home. They guarantee the work and come back if we ever see any bugs and take care of the problem.
