This message is for [redacted] ***! I'm responding to Safer Law's responseMr [redacted] is lying! He's covering his as! I NEVER had a phone consult with him about this! I probably sent him an email about this like I contact just about everybody else SINCE I DON'T HAVE A WORKING PHONE! He probably didn't answer backWhen I called him on the phone that tuesday, he went off saying "he didn't want to help me, man, goodbye!" That was his statementI never had a profesional conversation with him! I don't need to get thrown out of this SRO because he won't help me for no good reasonI expect you to discipline him! I have more information to refute what that Mr [redacted] from Safer Law in san diego saidAnother reason I didn't have that phone consultation with him on friday february 14th as he said is that I wasn't served the day notice to terminate the tenancy until the following wednesday the 19th! If that was supposed to be a minute consultation I know I didn't have that with him because I would've distinctly remembered thatI never had something like that with anybodyI don't know what his problem is and I don't know who answers the phone like thatI expect him to be disciplinedI don't need to be thrown out in the street because of him***

This individual was never a client and has never retained us He requested a free consult in late February which I provided over the phone, and after exchanging emails in May & December as well.
I determined that I would not be able to help him so I advised
that he seek other counsel
He called back about one week later requesting another consult but I recognized his name and pulled up the emails to confirm as well
I told him that he had already received his free initial consult and that I would not be able to help him before hanging up the phone

I have more information to refute what that Mr. [redacted] from Safer Law
in san diego said. Another reason I didn't have that  phone

following wednesday the 19th! If that was supposed to be a 30 minute
consultation I know I didn't have that with him because I would've
distinctly remembered that. I never had something like that with
anybody. I don't know what his problem is and I don't know who answers
the phone like that. I expect him to be disciplined. I don't need to
