This is the second time we have received two invoices from this company - # *** *** ***The last complaint, # ***, was filed against them was filed on 5/21/at 10:40am and I received a response from *** *** *** *** from the Revdex.com office in Louisville at 10:49am the same dayWe did not order these occupational and safety posters and are not paying for these itemsSomeone at our facility signed for something but no one has ever seen this product - we are only a bed hospital so they would be hard to loseWe do not have this product so there is nothing to return.AnywayI need proof of who ordered and by what meansIf it was by Purchase order - what number was used and what confirmation number was givenIf a credit card was used - what type, what was the credit card number, digit code from the back, and whose name was on the card, If it was a check, need the check number and what bank it was drawn on.If you cannot answer any of these questions, I am shredding these invoicesThis is a scam that this company keeps perpetrating on our facilityIt looks like the owners name is *** ***.Please have this company investigated and shut down.TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:No further contact by the businessselectDesired Outcome:Have this company never, ever contact us again for anything

We have been providing this company its OSHA Compliance and trainng , along with EEOC labor Law posters, for 7 years now. They must of had personell changes in the Hospital. This seems to happen with personel changes. We have proved that they got both products way back in Sept 2014. Both products were shipped together, but billed sperate, We invoice them seperate. First they said they didnt get the products but paid for one of them. We sent them the delivery conformation, and also who signed for it at the hospital. I we have done every thing they have asked for to prove our case, I finally just told them to just send the product back, the one they have not paid for. She states we have not contacted them, but I have 7 different emails from them and all have been answered. I have gone far past great costomer service. There is nothing eles I can do. I have checked with Hospital bisness office and the are way behind paying their bills, if they are having money problems just say so.
