These people do not care if you buy tires from them or not> I went in today to see about tires for my SUV The person that seemed to be "ïn charge" was on the phone and did not even acknowledge that I was there I was the only customer there at the time Another employee asked if he could help me and I told him I wanted to be an estimate for new tires He asked me what size, without going out to see what was currently on my car or what I was driving He gave the information to the person on the phone, who continued his conversation After a few minutes, the employee that was "waiting"on me, nudged the person on the phone, who went to the cash register (while still on the phone) put in some numbers, and I was offered a cash register tape as an estimate, which was prepared with no knowledge as to the type of vehicle, the type tires I was replacing, or knowing the speed rating or anything else about my vehicle I left the shop without an accurate estimate I called the Pell City shop and told them about my experience store and they too seemed unconcerned! I will not recommend this business and will never go back There are too many places that want business and will treat customers with respect and show that they value their business!

Bought a used tire from them, it turned out to be dry-rottedDidn't last a weekHad to buy another, new tire, not even a week later - the guy who changed it told me it was a miracle it even lasted that long, and also a miracle I didn't have an accidentUsed tires aren't going to be like new, of course, but they also shouldn't be in such poor condition that they endanger the lives of the people who purchase themVery disappointed
