Review: On April 27, 2013 I sent a check [redacted] for $61.00 for Travel John Convertible Travel Toilet Chair. They sent me Reliance Tri-to-go Chair. On June 18 I returned the Reliance Tri-to-go Chair telling them that it was not what I ordered, paying return fees out of my pocket! They then sent the Travel John Chair and it was not what I expected. I returned it paying again $22.00 for return postage (receipt [redacted] XXXXXX) and asked for a refund of my $61.00. Since then, I called and called and for the longest time no one returned my calls. About 3 weeks ago, in answer to my many letters asking for my refund someone named "[redacted]" called and left a message that he wanted to talk to me about the refund. I called back and no answer. I have not been able to speak to anyone about my refund. This has gone on long enough. I want my refund.

I want my refund of $61.00. They sent wrong merchandise first and I had to return it at my expense. I should be reimbursed for that. this should be taken care of asap, I have waited too long.

Our customer [redacted] purchased Travel John Convertible travel Toilet Chair from us via mail-order.

She returned the item outside of our stated policies. She did not request an RMA as is required.

As per our policies we do not accept items of this nature back.

Our policy (Posted) is to hold the item for 30 days when an RMA is not issued.

She did not contact us and provide a payment method for us to charge her to return the item back to her. After 30 days the item is discarded.

She is not due a refund and this matter is now closed on our part.

The item (travel John)I returned was not in used condition. No one ever used it! My mother took one look at it as I unpacked it and showed her and she said no! She or anyone did not use it. I sent it back right away in the same packaging. No one ever told me anything about a number for returns.The email address was from their website. They are not telling the truth in this matter. my mother never used the Travel John. I want my money returned. Why didn't they write to me when I wrote to them? Why didn't they respond when they received the merchandise back and tell me what to do? Why did they just wait beyond the thirty days? Why did they wait till I filed a Revdex.com complaint to let me know what is going on? They could have resolved this situation a long time ago by returning my monies when they received the merchandise. Now they are being untruthful in saying someone used it..no one ever used it. I am a professional retired registered nurse and I would never lie about such matters.

This person is being untruthful. Our policies are clearly stated in 3 locations throughout our online store. We acted properly every step of the process after receiving an unauthorized return of a used toilet. We kept it for 30 days before discarding as is our policy as we NEVER sale used items. This person recently sent us a letter with a print out of an email we never received, it had the wrong email address. This matter is closed and the used toilet was discarded as per our stated policy. All merchants should avoid this person as she tries to bend company policies to suit herself.

Web site showed 200 tab bottles of Pro KI #[redacted]. Order NO. XXXXXX. I ordered two bottles at $26.97 each. Safety Central sent me two 100 tab bottles on 23 Apr 2013 and tried to charge me $26.97 each. I screen printed the on line page where it says 200 on 27 Apr.2013. I sent an e-mail questioning the difference on 27 Apr 2013. The next day the page was changed to 100 tabs. Managing Director [redacted] sent me an e-mail on 29 Apr 2013 informing me I was only getting a refund for $19.96. Though his math is correct I was still charged $26.97/bottle a difference of over $15.00. Since I caught them in a bait and switch they took the offensive and banned me from ordering from them in the future and their (4,3018)?? affiliates. I have all e-mails and screen prints of this incident with date time stamps. The web site says they are open 24/7 and e-mails are answered within 72 hrs. I thought it funny they had time to change the web site the next day but no time to contact me.

Please note I have documenting evidence to uphold my claim in the form of date time stamped screen prints to copies of e-mails sent and recieved.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a written apology from Managing Director [redacted] stating his web site was wrong and they shorted me in my order. A permanent file on them warning others to be careful when or if ordering from this company.

I am pursuing what I am owed from my credit card company.

I do not want any more product from them. If they wish to ban me from their company fine. As far as the others I may order from. I want that ban lifted.

I will not be ordering from Safety Central again.

The absurdity of this persons accusations are astouding. Obviously we received the incorrect tablet count from our supplier (which we can prove) and inturn that is what was sent to this customer. He was the first customer to be sent the new batch of bottles and this is when we became aware of the tablet count. We have documented emails statements of these allegations in the first email to us.

Our webmaster (which is a separate department( from customer support was called in to quiclky correct the website to reflect to correct count and within 48 hours this customer was was correctly credited for his shortage.

To protect ourselves and our dedicated staff and customer base from this person we have permanently suspended Mr. [redacted] ordering privileges. This will effect our online companies as well as our entire affiliate community selling millions of products throughout the Internet community.

We routinely monitor the Internet for defamatory and unwarranted accusations, libelous and slanderous remarks. We will defend the integrity of our company against such damaging attacks by [redacted] and may still decide to prosecute him due to his statements and his documented attempt to have these defamatory accusations, libelous and slanderous remarks placed on this public site.

Let's keep this simple. Business class 101.

Let's say I order say, 2 'widgets' at $10. The company however, sends 1 'widget' at $10. Well, the customer feels cheated. Instead of saying, 'We made a mistake', and refunding half of the cost or filling the order for the full amount, they deny any mistake at all.

The amount of this problem is minuscule. It's less than $10. The problem is, when told of an error this company goes on a tirade, refunds only 2/3 of the overcharge and then bans me from future purchases.

By his own admission he sent the wrong amount. So if it was his 'Suppliers' fault. What is the problem?

Yes, I was refunded a total of $19/bottle and change. I was billed $26/bottle and change.

In closing, I guess the truth is now considered libelous and slanderous.

Again, if the Revdex.com wants copies of the E-mails and screen prints of their own web page, I will be happy to supply them. I have sent all information to my credit card company.

We stand by our previous statement. It should now be obvious to more any intelligent person that [redacted] has issues beyond our capacity and this is the reason we have permanently suspended his ordering privileges.
