Safety First Driving School elledges to provide online and behind the wheel instruction. While Safety First elledges that they have provided "willing and able" instructors to meet the demand for behind the wheel hours required to obtain and operators license they clearly operate behind the wheel scheduling as first come first served. Since signing up for their services in July 2020, their scheduling application for behind the wheel instruction is always 100% full, with no availability for months at a time. It is now the end of September 2020 and as of today, 9/21/2020, the website schedule showed no available behind the wheel driving sessions between today and October 21st 2020. We frequently check the website for changes to get our son scheduled for his instruction and contacted the company for to have them open a slot up to schedule. They have been rude and unwilling to open and additional slots or schedule manually, sending us back to their app that shows no availability. I asked for a refund and was told that as long as they were willing and able they wouldn't provide a refund. The company's correspondence over email used no names to refer to the owner and operator of the business. Lesson learned Safety First. I give you an F rating for stealing my money and not providing an available product. Clearly they are over booked and have no way to service all the work they signed up.
contacted us on 9/19 which is a Saturday and the office is closed. She indicated she was having trouble scheduling. We responded right away on Monday morning 9/21 and cleared up the issue, as they were confused as to what time they should be looking for lessons. Mr. then began emailing and sent a string of threatening emails the last one being at 11:13 PM. While this is in clear violation of our contract, we allowed his son Alexander to remain a student here. We understand that these are stressful times. Alexander went online to our scheduling program on 9/22 scheduled a lesson for 10/13.(today) We only schedule 3 weeks out, not months. This has been explained in multiple places unfortunately however Mr. did not read any of the information that was provided to him, which is why he was having a difficult time in the first place. We highly recommended if he was having issues in the future that he contact us immediately instead of waiting months. Unfortunately we are not able to help you, if you don't tell us you're having a problem. We will not be issuing a refund as per his contract as long as we are ready willing and able, which we are no refunds will be given. As alexander *** has scheduled himself an appointment for 6:45 tonight 10/13.

Terrible, terrible, terrible experience, the owner and the staff/instructor are both rude, unprofessional and unreasoning from the beginning the instructor was unapproachable to my son and other students. she talked to my son in a undermining manner and when he told me about it, I called the school to talk to her right off the bat the lady was the same way with me. When my husband took my son to retest we mistaken the day and she did not let my husband talk to her to resolve the matter, she was RUDE and shut the door on his face, not even allowing a reschedule or any sort of communication, I right away called she would NOT let me speak to the owner to discuss the matter. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They have the worse people skills, customer service skills I've ever seen in my life!!!! UGLY ATTITUDE!! They shouldn't even have this business! They don't have patience for anything or anyone!
