the many situations that can arise in painting a house or property such as:
-Cost; the price is VERY fair
-Prep on all painting surfaces; meticulous, completed to perfection, what ever is needed
-Dependability; does not take on other jobs until he is done with your commitment Shows up
work on time Takes his word & commitments very seriously
-Trustworthy; will give you a contract and will honor it
-Attitude; very pleasant to have around your home, courteous and pleasant
-Quality of work completed; my husband and I were very pleased If a suggestion was made
he complied with the customer request
-Honesty & Character traits; we felt comfortable having him in our home even if we were not
here, that is very rare
-Checked out references on Tim & Company...never one negative comment, only
over the top comments
