Safety Movers and Maid Service

Hello,After finally hearing back from the company only about a week ago. I was informed that the third party I did go through withheld the funds from the company and I was able to go through them and quickly get my funds returned.

Review: I hired this company through [redacted].com, which is an affiliate of [redacted].com. The work was performed, however I mistakenly entered an additional 4 hours of work for which I was charged. The owner of the company, Anthony D[redacted], said that a refund check would be sent out. This all happened on June 21,2014. I have been trying to get my refund back from this company for 3 months now in the amount of $259.96, with no resolution. The owner Anthony D[redacted] has claimed to have sent the check, but I never did receive it nor have yet to at this point. I have read complaints about him on the [redacted].com with similar issues, to which he has not yet refunded others. I would highly caution others against using him. I have texted/called/emailed him almost everyday for the past three months with very little response. It is an extremely unprofessional way to do business. [redacted].com has not been responsive either in helping me out, and basically left it up to him to get the refund to me, as they said he is contracted out.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is the amount that I mistakenly was charged, which was $259.96. The owner Anthony D[redacted] knows this amount is due to me, and has yet to refund me back.
