I am reviewing this claim today and will respond by today or tomorrowThanks

Consumer states that the business has contacted her and the complaint issues have been resolved

I will look into matter today and follow up with findings in writing by Thursday Nov13th

In response to customer complaint, I have reviewed the picture of where Mr*** had parked and he parked over feet from adjacent vehicle and encroached into the space on his
left, making it impossible to accommodate another vehicleI cannot cancel the ticketWe would want Mr*** to continue to park with us but please take care in doing soIf customer feels he cannot park his vehicle for fear of dings or damage we would politely ask him to park elsewhereThank you

I received a parking citation from Safety Rail Park for parking in the parking lot of local business that was closed for the evening There is no signage at the business or the parking lot, indicating that was not a pay to park lot, nor were there any instructions posted on where to pay for parking in this lot The was a Safety Rail Parking sign across the street, near the parking lot adjacent to the railroad tracks, that was not affiliated with any business The citation did not document the location of the parking lot or where my vehicle was parked
After receiving the citation on a Saturday evening (6:PM), I contacted the company Monday morning and dealt with one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with I explained the citation to the female on the other end of the phone and she just kept saying, “You are not suppose to park there.” I informed her that I was well aware of the Tow risk, which was indicated by the only sign at the parking lot I told her there was no signage that instructed me to pay for parking and she just said I wasn’t suppose to park there After trying to figure out a way to dispute the citation, the female just hung up I called back approxminutes later and asked for a supervisor The female stated she did not know when he would be in and would not provide his name I left my information with her for him to contact me and have yet to receive a call I called back a month later and left the same information with the same person, and again, have yet to receive a telephone call
I called back a month later, months after receiving the citation, and spoke with the same female I gave her the location of where my car was parked Apparently their citation records do not indicate where the so called parking violation occurred She told me that the business lot I parked at was used as overflow for their pay to park lot across the street at corner of 20th St and Capital Ave in Sacramento She attempted to make and example when she told me that if she parked in my parking lot, I would tow her car I agree that as the owner, my recourse was to tow her car if she parking on my personal property I reiterated that I could tow her car, not issue a citation I again asked to speak with the manager who she again said was not in the office at that time She finally provided his first name to me with not email address or direct line
This company is a worst the type of people to deal with I can only assume that they issue citations to people who probably just pay them without doing the research into the company
I would like citation voided due to the fact that the area where I was parked, Capitol Avebelongs to a local business and there was no signage dictating that it was now a pay to park lot

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Please find attached pictures the clearly show parking sign explaining procedures for parking,. there is no free parking, as all stalls are reserved except for two clearly marked for the bicycle shop, if those are taken,...

customers of Bike store must find off site parking. The ticket will remain enforced.

Review: I received a ticket for "taking up 2 spaces" in a gravel lot, when the car to the right of me had parked at an awkward angle. I gave that car some room in fear of my own car being damaged when he backed out. I did not park so far that I was taking up 2 spaces. I called Safety Rail to dispute and they said they had a picture showing my car between two other cars. I can understand how if another car parked after me (to the left of me) parked far enough away from me that it would look like I had taken 2 spaces. I asked the representative from Safety Rail what I could do to give my side of the story; she didn't seem sure and suggested I send a letter in with my ticket but that it probably wouldn't do much. What I am most frustrated about is that this is a private business giving out tickets unreasonably and there is no legitimate justice system for me to rely on. When I use this private lot, I realize I am giving underlying consent to be penalized at this business's discretion. However, giving unreasonable tickets and having no system for customers to dispute is not a fair business practice. I use this lot everyday I go to work, and I will not be parking at any of these lots again.Desired Settlement: A cancellation of the $25 parking ticket

Business

Response:

In response to customer complaint, I have reviewed the picture of where Mr. [redacted] had parked and he parked over 5 feet from adjacent vehicle and encroached into the space on his left, making it impossible to accommodate another vehicle. I cannot cancel the ticket. We would want Mr. [redacted] to continue to park with us but please take care in doing so. If customer feels he cannot park his vehicle for fear of dings or damage we would politely ask him to park elsewhere. Thank you.

Review: When dealing with their daytime staff about a complaint that my superiors had, this was the most unprofessional experience I have had when it comes to customer service. I call to dispute a ticket that my boss had when she was issued a parking ticket in a lot that they have occupied since 2005. While voicing my complaint, the person that I initially spoke to became irate and put me on hold for 3 hours when I asked to speak to a supervisor. After the three hours, someone picked up the phone then hung it up. I called back and left a message with no response. Then about two hours later when I spoke to [redacted], it was the same unprofessional attitude. When I informed her that I was placed on hold for nearly 3 hours and was willing to show her the picture that I took of the call, her response was, "why would you wait for 3 hours on hold" I told her I needed to rectify the situation for my boss why has been parking in the same spot for nearly 10 years and that continues to pay $900 a month on time every time. This is very bad business and I hope that Safety Rail Park does some sort of work program to ensure that their paying clients are not treated with such disrespectDesired Settlement: We want the tickets that was given to my bosses taken care of.

Response:

Consumer states that the business has contacted her and the complaint issues have been resolved.

I received a parking citation from Safety Rail Park for parking in the parking lot of local business that was closed for the evening. There is no signage at the business or the parking lot, indicating that was not a pay to park lot, nor were there any instructions posted on where to pay for parking in this lot. The was a Safety Rail Parking sign across the street, near the parking lot adjacent to the railroad tracks, that was not affiliated with any business. The citation did not document the location of the parking lot or where my vehicle was parked.

After receiving the citation on a Saturday evening (6:22 PM), I contacted the company Monday morning and dealt with one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with. I explained the citation to the female on the other end of the phone and she just kept saying, “You are not suppose to park there.” I informed her that I was well aware of the Tow risk, which was indicated by the only sign at the parking lot. I told her there was no signage that instructed me to pay for parking and she just said I wasn’t suppose to park there. After trying to figure out a way to dispute the citation, the female just hung up. I called back approx. 30 minutes later and asked for a supervisor. The female stated she did not know when he would be in and would not provide his name. I left my information with her for him to contact me and have yet to receive a call. I called back a month later and left the same information with the same person, and again, have yet to receive a telephone call.

I called back a month later, 5 months after receiving the citation, and spoke with the same female. I gave her the location of where my car was parked. Apparently their citation records do not indicate where the so called parking violation occurred. She told me that the business lot I parked at was used as overflow for their pay to park lot across the street at corner of 20th St and Capital Ave in Sacramento. She attempted to make and example when she told me that if she parked in my parking lot, I would tow her car. I agree that as the owner, my recourse was to tow her car if she parking on my personal property. I reiterated that I could tow her car, not issue a citation. I again asked to speak with the manager who she again said was not in the office at that time. She finally provided his first name to me with not email address or direct line.

This company is a worst the type of people to deal with. I can only assume that they issue citations to people who probably just pay them without doing the research into the company.

I would like citation 76300426 voided due to the fact that the area where I was parked, 1940 Capitol Ave. belongs to a local business and there was no signage dictating that it was now a pay to park lot.
