The safety team is charging for an arbitrary amount of "travel time" for their technicians to get to the siteThis is not in the contract anywhere, and they hide this expense by padding the service hours on the invoiceThey also charge a $fuel surcharge for every trip outI had a tech come out for hour and they billed me for hours of service plus a $fuel surchargeWhen I asked why I was charged for hours, they told me "travel time" was included in thereI asked them to remove that as I had never heard of this before and had never been charged for travel time before, and they responded back saying that every single other service I have ever had, they padded the hours to account for "travel time"Not only this, they raised their rates from $to $150/ hour without notifying me of this change
