On January 6 2019 I purchased income insurance(benefit amount $9000) with the SAFETYNET INSURANCE COMPANY I paid premiums to this company monthly by the time I had to file unemployment claim due to job loss the insurance claim lady lisa)started making up lie after lie about the information that she had me fax in to her as proof of employment during the time I first signed up as not being legit she said my W2 wasn’t legit not matching with the paycheck stub I sent in, talk to my supervisor at the job I loss and told me she didn’t get anywhere with him he told me she just asked for a fax number to fax over employment verification paperwork which she never did, She then went on to tell me lie she spoke to her supervisor for final answer and he agreed with her to deny the claim being paid I have solid proof of the job I loss including 2018 tax return supervisor that can verify my employment date and when I was let go due to them not bringing in the revenue for the shift I worked THE ONLY SCAM GOING ON IS FROM SAFETYNET
