We received your letter dated July 8, 2015 about complaint [redacted] from a [redacted].  Upon examination of the complaint, it was quick to see that this is a case of mistaken identity on their part.
Safeware Inc is a safety company that deals with industrial and government safety...

products.  We supply equipment for construction, Police and Fire departments to name a few.  Please look at our website www.safewareinc.com to see some products.  Safeware does not sell couches as is stated in this complaint.  I believe that this person has mistakenly named Safeware Inc in this issue.  We aslo checked our customer data base and Safeware has never done business with [redacted] from Columbia, MD.We would appreciate if you would delete this complaint from our record and notify the complaintant that they have made a mistake regarding the naming of Safeware.
