Treated unfair by manager [redacted]. I felt as if there was some type of discrimination. Was informed they will look around for motor cover for my truck Paid $4000 dollars down on my truck on 03/07/[redacted] after leaving 1 week later transmission went out. Also discovered no motor cover for my truck and brought to [redacted] attention but no resolution. [redacted] the manager will not take time out to talk with me in regards to solution very rude to me. After transmission was fixed [redacted] and other manager stated that I will need to pay $400 additional but this was not discussed until the day that I picked up my truck.I asked why no one called me to inform me and then [redacted] told the other manager that he told him that this would go that way. [redacted] customer service is as they can do or say what they want to customers and no repercussions. I was informed that the only thing was wrong with the truck was a evap canister and air strut compressor which will only cost $500 if I brought back to them but a week later transmission went out and motor mounts had to be replacedDesired SettlementThey will not offer any type of resolutionFinal Consumer Response Issues resolved

I have been having issues with my car since I purchase that car.I have a [redacted] ive purchase my car on February 20,2015 from safeway auto sales. My salesman was [redacted]. I say a couple days after I purchase the car I noticed my car was over heating. So I say I returned the car back to the dealership to get it checked out. About a week later my car was ready for pick up. For like 3weeks I had to bring my car back to the dealership over and over again for the same problem. Ive got things repaired on my car which cost me money out of my own pocket. On top of that pays a note of 330 a month. Doing both out of pocket is not cheap. Ive tried talking with the manager but everyday I call they lie like they will have him to call me back. they give no communication when comes to business about a car they sold.Desired SettlementI just would like some communication and for them to get me back driving a car because I cant accomplish anything with no vehicle. Also I pays a note on a car I cant even drive that's not right..

I just bought a 06 duramx Chevy diesel truck on the 21 and my transmission went out 10 days later and they told me it's not there problem I need helpI bought a 06 Chevy duramax diesel from Safeway auto on the 21 of September and the transmission and the drive shaft are both out in the truck and I am left with a 400 dollar payment and no vehicle I went to Safeway auto on the 9 of October after not being able to get them to answer my phone calls and I told them all that was wrong with my truck and he said that there was nothing he could do he said if it had of been 7 days he would have fixed it but 2 weeks was to long I believe he knew that the truck had issues from how he was pushing it on me to purchase this particular truckDesired SettlementI would like them to repair the truck or give me my money back on the deal because I have only had the truck not even 3 weeks now and I have no transportation from work and back and a 400 dollar bill I have to pay with no way to fix the truck myself

On Aug 7 I gave this said company one hundred dollars for a vehicle that was never purchase now employees are refusing to give me a refund. on Aug 7 after working with a sales rep by the name of[redacted] I was asked to slide my debt card in the amount of one hundred dollars in order to hold a vehicle.The following day which would be the 8th of Aug I told[redacted] that I was no longer interested in that particular vehicle and made a request for the money back,Immediately not him or anyone else there knew how to put the money back on the card.[redacted] then said don't worry I will make sure the money get put back on there. I then called my bank Aug 12 and was informed that the refund was never received before the closing of the account.I went back up to the dealership on Aug 12 10:00am while there at the dealership I informed the employees that the card had now been lost or stolen on Aug 11 and that I would need cash back.The response from one of the employees was that they are charge a fee and that there may be a problem and I would have to pay the dealership back that fee The employees then refuse to give me the refund back. I was told that I would need to speak to[redacted] or a manager both was not there at the time. I later called[redacted] around 1:30pm got him on the phone. He literally said oh this situation was already taking care of. I made it clear that it had not been taking care of and that I would be taking action against the company.I have gone up to the dealership before work after work called while at my job and there has still been no refund. I'm afraid that Safeway Auto Sales is going to get away with taking my money. What may be a small amount to them is a lot of money for me.Desired Settlementcash or check refund for the one hundred dollars.
