To whom it may concern:we picked up the customer belongings on 6/22,customers first available date for delivery was 6/30.our window for delivery is up to buissness days from the first date customer is ready.we delivered the customers belongings on 7/27.thanks***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Our belongings were finally delivered, however this mover is absolutely one I would never recommend to anyone.  Communication was very poor and they seemed to treat the 21 day window as a target delivery date.  Had we not contacted you there is no doubt that we would still not have received our belongings.  The driver who delivered our stuff was rerouted (according to him) because he was told a customer in [redacted] was complaining.  We relied on the 'A' rating at the Revdex.com which is totally not consistent with our experience.

call from [redacted] regarding his damages, a Claim Process Form was emailed to him right away. Our claim department will be more than happy to proceed with his claim once he registers with them. Instructions to do so are in the email that was sent to [redacted].  Regarding the damage to the landscaping as claimed by [redacted] from Dispatch had spoken to him and asked him to forward him the bill he received from the landscaping company he used to fix the alleged damages. At this point, [redacted] has still not received a copy of this bill. Once we receive a copy of the landscaping bill, we will proceed with the reimbursement.    Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns, [redacted]

TO whom It may Concern, upon arrival at the customers  pick up location my driver preformed a walk through,after seeing the additional items and additional  services that is needed my driver gave the customer daughter  a revised quote.the customer was not in the apt upon our...

arrival, my driver notified the customer daughter which was there, that full packing needs to be done because a lot of loose items were not packed.we gave her a revised quote,she did not agree to the price,my driver left the site.the next day she called agreeing to the new price,we came out  to do the job.customer knew since the 1st day we came out that there is going to be a change in price,due to additional items as well as full packing service.customer claims in her complaint that we did not put her bed together,please keep in mind that we only put together items that we take apart.the bed was disassembled when we got there.Thank yoi[redacted]

I am rejecting this response becausei am being sent to a third party claims department outside of contract.im not even sure I was talking to their dispatch as their local phone number rings to a real estate company.
