Safeway

I placed a pickup order for groceries (Order # XXXXXXXX) and was billed. My groceries were given to another customer. I want a refund.
I placed an online order for groceries for pickup at 7:00 p.m., (Order # XXXXXXXX) and my card was billed ($347.50 and $1.00) for the items. However, my groceries were erroneously given to another customer. I asked for a refund, but the associate (Brian) was more concerned with contacting the customer that took my groceries and wanted me to wait indefinitely. I had already waited 20 minutes for my groceries and told him I wasn't willing to wait any longer, I wanted the refund issued then. He said he couldn't, that I could come back tomorrow. I told him I couldn't, to please issue the refund online. He said he couldn't and hopped on the phone. I couldn't wait any longer and left. I then called at 8:00 p.m. and asked, again, for a refund to be issued. Brian again said I had to come in and I again explained I wasn't available. Safeway was able to charge my card virtually, they can certainly issue a refund virtually like any other online merchant. I've already wasted so much time on this, all for nothing, and they couldn't care less.
