Have been a customer of Saffire Blue for several years now. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Their timeline for shipments is unacceptable. Orders have been short shipped. When an item was backordered it was requested not to be shipped when it came back in stock. It was shipped anyway. When it was returned to them, I had to call them to ask for a refund. [redacted] Nothing has changed and likely never will. I, as well as many others will no longer do business with them. They are difficult to deal with, don't respond to e-mails and their customer service is unacceptable.

I have a rather frustrating experience with the company from an online order experience. First of all, unlike (just about) other online services, Saffire Blue will charge you upfront right at the time of order. Typically, online stores charge when the shipment is on its way. In my case, the shipment was delayed and I have to cancel (or I will miss giving the gift for the occasion). After cancelling the order, the company do not refund after more than 14 business days, and I am still waiting for them to take action on my refund. Here is the mystery: it's only less than [redacted] At this time, I am not sure if I will get my money back.

Bad customer service, rude, not helpful, items missing in shipment. Shipment took to long to ship, without any notification from company as to the reason for the delay. Refused to refund for missing item. [redacted] dispute filed. Received refund after 3 months.

Terrible customer service with representatives that are full of attitude. When they finally respond to your complaint (which can take minimum 6 business days for a simple response) they do not address the issue and instead ramble about how we should be more understanding to their busy season. I've placed an order in November and it still hasn't been fully completed yet! The company didn't even find it necessary to tell me that half my order is missing and items are completely out of stock. The website shows their in stock but apparently they do not have any. I would highly recommend searching for other companies - or ordering at least 4 to 5 months in advance if you need any products.
