Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Your employee [redacted] at the time totally lied to me when she told me that my insurance would only pay 15%.  She also never fully explained the "upgrade" which is not what I got.  In addition, I wasn't notified until two weeks after my order that your company could not get the Sigvaris compression hose and replaced it with a brand that I had not been fitted for.  Fortunately they work however they are not as expensive as you state.  I will need to see what your company was billed for these compression hose.  Since the website I visited sells them for $29.00 I find it very hard to believe that you paid more than $100. for both pairs.Sincerely,[redacted]

This will be my last response to this nonsense. Mrs. [redacted] received product that was signed for and billed. She signed and agreed to all terms. It's unfortunate she is not understanding this. We are not "getting away" with anything. We have happy customers and I'm sorry Mrs. [redacted] is not happy with our services....however this does not entitle her to free product. There is nothing more to dispute here. Everything she is upset about...she had signed off on and agreed to in writing. Thank You.

[redacted] has called and we have talked with [redacted] multiple times.  Her preferred form of communication is screaming and yelling. She was given info including quotes on the cash price of $270. We basically give away product if someone has to pay cash...as we are a medical company that...

bills insurances.
She chose to bill Medicare, BCBS, and Tricare.  We told her she may be responsible for her tricare deductible of $150 and possibly 20% co-insurance.  She stated multiple times that she can't afford to pay that much.  She decided to try to get insurance to pay for her two pairs of compression.  To help her out on her responsibility, we billed for 2 items at $750 per pair. This is our normal price we bill for. We show manufacturer invoices to the insurances...its a normal and customary price for the items we billed for.
After her deductible and her co-insurance, we would hopefully get $1080 for 2 pair of 20-30mmHg Compression panty.  Insurance paid $1012.50 total.  
She called on Feb 16, 2016 and was upset with the amount of her responsibility of $487.50 and with the amount we billed for her items when we told her the cash price was a lot less. She requested that we refund her insurance and she would pay the cash price. We don't do refunds. We have it clearly posted in our store and she signed paper work recognizing this. We offered to forgive her responsibility as a one time customer courtesy.  She agreed. So we never collected money from her...yet she is still upset?
 She has called back several times to complain about the amount her insurance paid as she has a cap on the amount they will pay for her.  We gave options to her.  She has not given us anything more than phone calls to complain about our prices.  We told her she can pay full price for them and we can refund her insurance company.  She last requested to keep it the way it is.  But she still wasn't happy. 
We don't have time to continue to argue over something that is normal and customary for our business. [redacted] came in for product. She wanted us to bill her insurance. We gave her product she wanted and billed her insurance. She owed us money. We said we would waive it this one time since it was a financial hardship. We never collected money from her. She received product. Her insurance paid us accordingly. We will not be responding anymore to this ridiculous complaint. We need to spend our time helping customers that need and appreciate our help. Thank You. :)
