[redacted] signed us as a driver with Safr on Sep 17, 2017. Within twelve hours, we looked into her application, and wrote to her to upload a legible photograph of her vehicle registration. The document was not uploaded, and no response was received via email. An email and SMS were also sent...

to her for verification of her email address and phone number. She verified her email address, but the phone was never verified. On October 8, she wrote to us to ask why the status of her application was pending. We told her once again to upload a photograph of her registration document. She did so on October 10, 2017. Thirteen days later (i.e. on October 23, 2017), we received an email from her asking us to delete her account, because we had not approved her application yet. The application had not been approved because of the following reasons.1. She had not verified her phone number.2. As part of our driver registration process, we needed to get her background checked before approving her application.Before we could deactivate her account and inform her, she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in less than 36 hours on October 25, 2017. We deactivated her account, and spoke to her over the phone on October 26. In the telephonic conversation, she showed interest in getting her account re-activated but sent an email later on to say that she had decided not to do so. Hence, the account is not active since October 26, 2017.While signing up as a driver, she has also accepted our privacy policy (available at [redacted]), which states the following:“We retain Your Information for as long as your account is active and for an indefinite period of time after your account is inactive or terminated.” “Your information” is defined in the privacy policy as “any information you provide to us, personal or non-personal, identifiable or non-identifiable, financial or non-financial, at our request or based on your own volition, and any electronic data that your electronic device(s) transmit to us, with or without your knowledge.” The types of information are also mentioned in the policy.Moreover, Safr drivers are not employees of the company.Please let us know if you need any further information.

Not Accurate- My conversation with the CEO on Friday, October 27th brought to to light many reasons I've decided to not work with this company. Mainly, the applications that are still waiting for approval.
