Let me start by telling you the last and worst offense. They didn't even come to the court date!!! My poor mom has been dealing with these guys for over a year. They are terrible. After the first few visits, she found out that she hadn't even been talking to an actual attorney, it was a paralegal. People don't pay money to talk to some legal secretary, they are paying for an ATTORNEY. Another thing, she had to drive over an hour every time she had to meet with them (which they knew), and every time she showed up for her APPOINTMENT, nobody was available to meet with her. They never returned phone calls. She had to call multiple times a day until they finally put someone on the phone. Customer Service was non-existent. They even played a joke on her once by having the receptionist call her to tell her that her papers had not been filed. After months and months of getting the run around only for them to finally file the papers on the last possible day for my mom to include her house (she had a deadline and they knew it the whole time). You can imagine the stress someone is already going through with having to file bankruptcy and these guys think it's a joke?! Did I mention, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO THE COURT DATE! Please do not give anyone at this office or associated with them, any business. They do not deserve it. They are messing with peoples lives and it's NOT FUNNY!

I have been getting the run around with filling my bankruptcy. I have called for a follow up and get no response.

on October 25th I spoke to [redacted] regarding my bankruptcy he stated I would get a call by the end of the week if not then by Monday. He also stated my case would be filled in October. Since the 25th I have gotten not response. I called in on October 31 asked to speak to someone the guarantee me callback the same and still no reponse. I called in today November 2 and spoke with [redacted] she was very rude and hung up. I'm asking for refund so I may take my business some where else.
