The Regional Manager reached out to [redacted] on September 19, and left a message on her voicemail [redacted] returned the call the same day and the two of them spoke The Regional explained that her letter of appeal was never received and as of this date have not received a letter of appeal [redacted] was asked to submit a letter of appeal to the office and we would review The Regional Manager also explained the qualifications to Ms [redacted] to become a resident at the community A follow up email was sent to the Community from the Regional Manager relaying the information that Ms [redacted] was to come into the office on September 20, to bring in a new letter of appeal and to receive a copy of the Tenant Selection Plan for the community so she could better understand the qualification of the community As of Thursday, September 21, Ms [redacted] had not come into the officeRegional Manager again left a message on that day and spoke to Ms [redacted] on the 22nd reiterating the necessary appeal letter had not been received to date On October Ms [redacted] dropped off a letter of appeal which is dated October 4, Please see attached letter Since the receipt of the appeal letter has been business days we are within our allotted time of days to respond

Yes helloThe complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com is still active with meI have already submitted another letter of appeal through pinery park aptsThe letter of appeal was taken in on october 2nd 2017, it was taken in person by myself. The coordinator at pinery park apts took the letter of appeal and she claimed she would send this letter of appeal to ***-*** june.im not sure if if was faxed or not because the business days has already passed and still nothing from sage community aptsI called today octNo answer.I left a voicemail with ***-***-june and I have not heard back from this personI want this resolved and it cannot be resolved unless there is conversation between this person and myself.
