I brought the vehicle back to him different timesThe point im trying to make is I bought this vehicle to get to work and backI work monday thru saturday from a.m to p.mThe buisness is not open on sundays so it makes it very difficult to drop everything and bring a vehicle back to the shop when it should have been fixed right the first timeThere was a star review left on google because you stated you would fix it for free since it happened the second day we had it but we needed to go write a good review, so we didHowever after the 4th time of it being in the shop and them not knowing whats wrong with it makes my review go from stars down to I had to miss several days of work just so you could work on this vehicleWe had a rental car one out of the four timesThe problem all along was the idling and it was still not idling right when it diedTherefor the problem never got fixedI have a voicemail stating he didnt know what was even wrong with the vehicleHe also stated he wanted to take it to an actual ford mechaniv because he couldnt figure it outI have attached the voicemail. Regards,

vehicles and felt it was a dependable vehicle when we offered it for sale. We were left a positive 5 star review on google after you purchased the vehicle from us. We realize that you had issues with your vehicle shortly after purchasing it. We did everything we could to satisfy you.We gave you a rental vehicle to use while we worked on your car. We set up appointments with you to bring your vehicle in to get the vehicle fixed, which you canceled twice. The last time you canceled you did not call us back for 3 weeks and you continued to drive the vehicle. The complaint was a rough idle when cold and check engine light came on. We scanned the codes and found a misfire on cylinder 3 code p0303We Replaced:- all new spark plugs- all new coil packs- upper intake gasket- lower intake gasket- pcv valve- idle air controller and pigtail - coolant temp sensor - all injector o-rings- injector on cylinder #3 After you gave us the ok, I personally drove the vehicle home (30 miles one way) and I started it multiple times throughout the night and again in the morning. Not once did the vehicle run rough or give me any kind of issue. We had you pick up the vehicle in which you called a few days later letting us know u smelt gas. We set up an appointment to take a look at your new issue, which you canceled the night before, after hours, on a voicemail. We didn't hear anything back from you until 3 weeks later when you reported that the vehicle was in limp mode and you had it at a different shop with a $2700 repair to replace a converter. I explained to you that we would work with you on getting the vehicle fixed. The vehicle was over the warranty miles and time frame, but I told you I would work with you on getting the vehicle fixed. I explained that you would have to pay the 50/50 on parts and labor for the new issue and that was not good enough. You also reported us on google and to the Sate of Wisconsin. The Wisconsin State inspector came to our shop and reviewed our files and explained that we didn't do anything wrong. He also verified from your complaint of a full refund that you were well over the warranty on miles and time frame. We are sorry that we couldn't help more to resolve this issue at hand. We wish your the best of luck in your future endeavors.
