Client requested an assessment of her husband and their current living situationShe signed our letter of agreement (attached), which was explained and clearly outlines:"Billable activities include: travel time, research, report development, correspondence/e-mails, telephone calls,
consultations/conferences, errands, as well as assessments, and visits either for the Client or family members."Services are billed monthlyClient received a bill at the end of February, which she paidWhen she received another bill for March she called our office upset that she had already paid for the assessmentI explained that bills are sent monthly and there was additional work in March on the written assessmentShe appeared to have difficulty understanding this concept but was reminded of our LOAAlthough she was still upset, I thought we ended the conversation with her understandingCopies of invoices are also attachedHer complaint here is also unclearThis states it is regarding a phone call (only one line item was billed) but this was not her original complaint to our companyAdditionally, the amount she disputes ($***) is the entire invoice not just one call

I am rejecting this response because: I believe it is unfair business to paid for a service that I did not requestI did sign a contract and fully understand what I signedNever would I have assumed that signing a contract to pay for telephone calls included ones initiated by the companySince there was no comnmunication after I paid the February bill until the telephone call that was made by the company, I owe nothing to Sage Care Management.
