This is a follto complaint # *** because nothing has been doneSage Management was informed by the Revdex.com that I submitted my day notice and they stated that was the first they had heard about it and would check their recordsThat was on September 7, I have not been contacted nor have I been reimbursed my deposit of $Again, never late on rent once but yet I can't get the common courtesy of being contacted and getting this straightened outKeep in mind, I sent the notice to the exact same address where my rent checks wentBut ironically they received those checks on time every month and had no issue cashing themEmails ignored as well apparently and you only get a recording when you call the numberI moved out July 31, 2016, I should have received my deposit by September 1, I sent a copy of the move out notice via email as wellAlso emailed a while later about meeting to turn in the keys, no responseBut I have reached the Manager numerous times before at the same email address and he repliedBut for some reason now, emails aren't answeredVery unprofessional business tacticsI would like my $back ASAPSome of us need our money, I don't own several rental properties to where I can blow off this money

I do not recall receiving the 30 day notice.   I have just received documentation, I will review and check my records.

As explained many times to [redacted], it is a direct lease violation to change locks on the apartment door, my maintenance workers are unable to enter the apartment when he is not home.
Additionally he turns away the maintenance...

workers when they try to enter the apartment when he is home.

I believe this complaint to be retribution to our recent indication to Mr [redacted] that we will not be renewing his month to month lease. We have offered to compensate him for leaving earlier then the termination date.
