We will contact homeowner to meet with them at jobsite. Homeowner had mutitple delays due to retaining wall they were building with the city not approving for months

I am rejecting this response because:Hello,I never received an email with a repose from Sage PoolsI am not satisfied with his responseI would like the case to be reopened for two reasons:The spots on the pool were due to a screw but was misdiagnosed for several months due to his service telling us it was black algae and doing nothing to rectify the situationWhich in turn the spots got worseWe have not received any refund the the months of poor pool service.Second reason, the door was broken on our neighbors property due to poor workmanship and the fence not being secured properlyThis was not incidental damage due to pool construction and could have been prevented had the work been done properlyTherefore, we see it as *** *** and his company's responsibility to rectify the situationWe have witnesses that heard him say it would be taken care of and now he is trying to backtrack. Please let me know what the next steps are to reopen the case because we are still extremely frustrated that it has not been resolved.*** ***

I talked with *** at a home show on the weekend of January 27th I talked with all my employees and *** nor *** said they ever said Black Algae My Employees said Mrs*** said that it was *** went out to their pool and found a screw in the bottom of their pool We've taken care of the pool for over a year and have balanced every week If they were unhappy at anytime they could discontinue service at any time We can not be accountable for the homeowners putting screws in their pool and letting it stain *** said once he went out their it was obvious rust stains and he looked around for minutes and saw the screw in the pool If they leave a steel screw on their concrete in the rain and it rusts and stains the concrete, am I responsible? No.In regards to their fence blowing over and hitting their neighbors door Again, we didn't build the fence We built a pool for Mrs*** We are not responsible if her fence blows over On page of the contract she signed with us it reads the following:Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Damages: Sage Pools shall not be liable for any lost profits, incidental, special, exemplary, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any work performed, or any problem, whether or not covered by this limited warranty Under no circumstances shall Sage Pools be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the construction defect Page 13, point reads:Property Damage: Contractor will take reasonable precautions to avoid unnecessary damage to Buyer's property However, some damage is inevitable, including damage to curbs, sidewalks, driveways, patios, lawns, landscaping, sprinkler systems, and utilities The Contractor shall not be responsible for any such damage Buyer waives all claims against the Contractor for any such damage. On page 14, point read:Protection of Materials and Equipment, Insurance: Buyer shall insure the material and equipment against theft or other lossBuyer shall maintain homeowner's insurance, including liability and property damage, and cov***g course of construction, physical loss, vandalism, and malicious mischief If the work is damaged or destroyed by accident, disaster, theft or vandalism, Buyer, at Buyer's cost, shall restore the project The parties will execute a Change Order for the extra work. Last week I texted Mrs*** and still offered a couple of things to help her First the plaster company thinks it has a product that could remove her rust spots The water needs to be in the mid 70's, so they are thinking of trying this in April if the ***'s wish I also offered to send a crew to install a new door for their neighbors if Mrs*** supplied a new door Both of these concessions were offered at no cost to Mrs*** As per our contract and the above mention points in that contract, Sage Pools has no liability or reason to do any of this We are trying to help *** ***

We will be coming out to our customers location next week to correct autofill. We have been looking at different options and have finally found one. We have been waiting on the specialist to correct

Our contracts strictly state none of our pools built have transferable warranties or guaranteesWhen this person called in he was informed of thisHe ne rr bought anything from us and hence there is no warrantyAnd on top of that it was strictly a cosmetic crackThe purchaser of the pool had no
issue with it

We are aware of what Brad is detailing. We have been out to look at it before. I believe everything is covered under his contract. Brad had told us that he wanted to stain all the concrete all one color. That being said, we will send our someone to look at the issues again
next week. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because:I don't know what email Sage Pools is referring to, because mine has certainly not been responded toWork
has not been completed, which is why final payment has not been madeOn page of our contract, signed on March 9, 2017, it indicates that we opted to include a UV SystemOn May 22nd a salt water chlorinator was installed in errorThe owner of Sage Pools was notified via text message at 5:31PM on the same date of the incorrect equipment installationThe owner of Sage Pools responded to the text message indicating that he would get the system swapped outPlease note that Sage Pools has known about this issue for weeks and days, but has yet to install the equipment that we contractually agreed uponAdditional issues have resulted due to the invalid equipment installationSage Pools had been servicing our pool and chemicals for "UV Services," although we don't have the UV system, so we have not had the appropriate balance of chlorine in our poolThe last service provided, the work order was not read and bags of salt were poured into our pool! We don't have a salt water poolWe were told that the salt would "burn off" and nothing had to be done to correct thisThere is still salt on the concrete where it was poured and the water still tastes of saltTo make matters worse, Sage Pools didn't sent someone out to put chlorine in the pool, as they promised when we reported the issue, so the pool water started to stink and we started getting algae in the poolWe have not been able to get our chemicals balanced since this issue and were forced to hire someone to come help correct the issue! After filing our original complaint with The Revdex.com, Sage Pools FINALLY sent out someone to start cleaning up the mess, backfill a trench and replace concrete around our utilitiesAlthough Sage Pools will not verify if these were employees, contractors or otherwisethere was damage to our poolI have video and photos of one of the "workers" hitting our waterfall with a wheel barrow and dumping the dirt that was inside of it into our poolSage Pools sent out an employee to get the mud out of our pool, but all that was done was sweeping dirt into the drains at the bottom of the poolSweeping the dirt causes dirt to mix with the waterIt is not being filtered out, because the brand new filter was then covered in mudThere is still a significant amount of dirt on the bottom of the poolThey dumped the dirt and I feel they should be responsible for returning the pool to the status that it was in prior to the incident! Furthermore, the "worker" who dumped the dirt into the pool attempted to use our skimmer to get it outThere are scrapes in our plasterAgain, I feel that the damage caused by this person that Sage Pools sent out is the responsibility of Sage Pools to correctThe pool was not in this condition prior to the incident and I want it returned to the condition it was inLet me also mention that I spoke to *** *** *** who was supposed to have finished our fire pit and fix the leaks in our waterfallThe reached out to me directly because they said they had been trying to reach Sage Pools for over weeks and nobody would return their callsThe confirmed that they did NOT complete the stone work around our firepitSage Pools will not provide us with information regarding thisI have concerns and want validation that a licensed stone person did this work, considering it is a fire hazardI had to make arrangements on my own to schedule the waterfall to be fixedAlthough this is completed, take note that it was because I scheduled it myself. Finally, after making an excessive amount of requests for Sage Pools to schedule our final inspection with the City of Elk Grove and getting no response, I had to schedule this on my own as wellThere is a PVC pipe that was not painted black as it should have been and rust around the connection points of the gas line, which is a riskThese items need to be corrected Thank you,***

I am rejecting this response because:  This message is in regard to my complaint submitted on 11/1/2017 against Sage Pools, Inc..  My complaint was assigned ID...

[redacted].The releases have not arrived.  No one has come out to see items listed in contract that remain unresolved.  Umbrella slips, (2). Two city of Vacaville inspections remain incomplete. I have repeatedly requested these be addressed as well as inspection of plastic molding remaining around pool edge which was to be removed and inspection of cracks in coping and slabs. One text contact was made with me by [redacted] on November 2, 2017 and none of the items discussed have been accomplished.  On November 4 I again texted [redacted] reminding him of our conversation and asking that he give me advanced warning of city inspections schedule so we could make sure the gate was open.  No response from him.

We will contact homeowner to set up a meeting to address concerns.

There must be a delay in Revdex.com getting info to us.  We talked with Mr. [redacted] today and are getting a final on Thursday of this week and putting in a couple of umbrella sleeves for him.  Thanks.

I believe we have responded to this email already. All things have been taken care of for this client and we are waiting on our final payment.  Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: We still have yet to hear from the company. I called again on Thursday, 8/31/17 with [redacted], the owner, and still no response or call call back.

Again, read the last email.  It covers everything we discussed earlier.  Sage pools position is the same.  Thank you.

Customer paid for upgraded panel to control solar and plumbing spacing for solar to hook into.  We moved entire equipment to side of house, from backyard corner at no extra cost.  They are ready for solar.  We will contact customer to explain the same.  Thanks.

We are aware of what [redacted] is detailing.  We have been out to look at it before.  I believe everything is covered under his contract.  [redacted] had told us that he wanted to stain all the concrete all one color.  That being said, we will send our someone to look at the issues again next week.  Thanks.

I am rejecting this response because: company has not contacted me any way to complete work and did not come last week at all. Simply another stall tacitic

I am rejecting this...

response because:Original plans called for equipment to be in the cornier of our lot near the fences.  Builder installed the equipment in the middle of our covered patio area, so yes, the builder had to move it at his cost because the original design did not take into account the city ordinances.  As stated before, it is not pre-plumbed for solar.  Also, you have not addressed the second and more important part of my complaint.  The 6 feet of PVC pipe running across my decking to the slide is a safety hazard.  How will this be resolved?  I have received no communication from the business.

I am rejecting this response because:All retaining wall approvals were done by May 2017. Your excuse is invalid.

We are at the homeowners house today actually.  We are fixing his concerns.  Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: I purposely waited the full week before responding to [redacted] reply due to him saying he will be out next week. It is now Wednesday of next week and I have not heard one word from him or his company on a time to go over the building issues that are at fault. This is the same issues we have dealt with since the building of our pool. The last time I have talked to [redacted] was June 2016 and we have never heard from him again even though I have made many phone calls, text and emails to him and his company. [redacted] stats that we are still under contract, but that is not the issue the issue is we have paid for our pool in full and after almost 2 years it is still not finished due to the negligence of him and his company. The corrections they have done on faulty construction has made the issues worse and I want it fixed.
