Follwill be made upon assessment on completion of outstanding items: plaster, equipment hookup, cleanup, tile completion and concrete repairs and final inspection

We have talked with customer and we are plastering this week.  Along with cleanup.  Customer then will have a final payment to us.

Review: pool sweep in to get fixed the service technician dropped it.

I brought my pool sweep in to get fixed the service technician dropped it. And told me they would fix the plastic parts that broke off. I called the after 5 day and they informed me it would be ready in a week. I went to pick it up 2 weeks later not fix and was told to take it somewhere else or repair. The technician was rude and told me it was my fault the device dropped and he did not want to deal with this issue anymore.Desired Settlement: I want my pool sweep fixed with the plastic float arm that was broken off by the technician and I will pay for any other parts that are not working. Since I have never received an estimate for the reason I brought it in for in the first pace.

I talked to my staff, [redacted] and [redacted] about Mr [redacted] coming into our store. They actually informed me of his first visit as he was quite abrasive. He brought in his sweep for repair and as he handed it to our tech, HE dropped it. The sweep is old and has not been taken care of for quite some time. It's an old sweep so we told him parts would not be in till roughly the next Friday. Mr. [redacted] then comes in on the Friday and starts yelling and cursing at [redacted] in our office. He was asked to leave. HE comes back on Saturday and starts he tantrum again. The part was in, but we were very busy and told him we would call when it was in. He started his cursing again, so we actually gave him the part and told him to leave and not come back.

We fix peoples sweeps for free all the time. It's a great service. Mr. [redacted] needs to, at the very least, learn how to talk to women. Not to mention how to talk to people. I don't want him in my store ever again and I will never work on his sweep.

I can't have people talk that way to my staff, especially if they've done nothing wrong.

The response is not what happened. My pool sweep is still not fixed.

The customer dropped his equipment on the ground when he entered the shop. The equipment itself was old and in poor condition. We offered a repair cost or a replacement cost. He refused both offers and then blamed us for breaking the equipment. We will not repair or replace it for free.
