I certainly do not want to pile on anyone during a tough timeIt is for this reason that I called *** at Drain Reliever repeatedly after the missed second appointmentThis was a very difficult week my family considering the arrival of a new baby and our dire need for a functioning bathroomI couldn't get a replacement plumber for another week due to busy schedulesI would not have reached out to the Revdex.com had there been any response from *** the week following the missed appointmentI was happy with ***'s work in the past but in this instance we were charged for work that seemed counter productive and then *** did not show up for a scheduled follow-upThis is the first I have heard from *** in the month following this issue. While I hate to cause anyone additional concern with my report (and lacking any explanation from *** until now), I had no option but to reach out to the Revdex.comI will consider this resolved after a refund from the initial visit ($225)It is my hope that things are going better for *** and I wish him the best

The customer is 98% right about what was said, except I told them that if I could find the parts needed it would be back working like newThose parts could not be found at that late in the dayI explained to her husband that I would put it back to gather with new washers, except it would still
leakThe Husband and I agree we would look around for the parts neededA few days later the Husband called and told me he didn't have the time to look for parts and it needed to be fixedThe Husband and I agreed that he would go out and purchase a new sink and vanityThe Husband and I also agreed that I would come have the next day and install the new fixtures. I didn't make it to their home the next dayThey ended up having to call *** from *** *** plumbing( Who is a really good friend of mine and we work together to solve the areas plumbing issuesJust so they know if call *** *** plumbing for a clogged drain *** will refer it to the Drain Reliever.)*** is one of those plumbers that just wants to come in fix the problem as easy and profitable as possibleThe Drain Reliever like to save the vintage fixtures. If I could of made it back to their home Iwould of installed the new fixtures at a low rate since they had already had invested in the sink. The sad part is *** told them I should of just ripped the old out and replaced it with newSo they felt like victims and felt a need to attackIt's also sad that one indivisible made them behave this way. It is also sad that they thought I turned on them after working for them before. There are so many reasons why I didn't respond to there phone callsDeath, heart attack, stroke, car accident or lost my phone etcThey jump to conclusions and think that I'm a crooked businessman. I have no problem returning their money. Just let me know what the next step is I needed to takeI also would like to know if they told *** from St Croix plumbing that I was the company that was at their home. I didn't make it to their home because my van taken in StPaul the night beforeThey found it two days later with flat tires and cleaned outSo I had no phone, no invoice book or appointment book. I had so many things to be concerned about that I failed to make them a priorityI am sorry for all the inconvenience that I caused and worry.
