We have emailed his attorney and him several times requesting he transfer the domain name away from usThis is available for review It is unlocked and ready for transfer at any time He HAS NOT contacted us for this transfer This is something easily provable by the 3rd party ICANN domain registrar that no transfer requests have been madeFurthermore, we have a contract that clearly spells out the polices, terms, and conditions We also have a finished product for this client In addition to the contract, our policies - to which he agreed in writing - are as follows:----------------------------Legal Matters: If at any time a client or Sagentic, LLC feels necessary to take matters or disputes to the legal system, Sagentic, LLC will immediately freeze all services, communications, and transactions with the client until the case has been decidedSagentic is not responsible for any presumed lost profits, work stoppages, or email communications during this time This also applies if a client threatens or implies that they will take matters or disputes to the legal system Sagentic, LLC will not work for a client under threat of a lawsuit or other legal action.Payment, Fees, & Refunds PolicyAs a policy, we do not offer credits or refunds for hosting time already expended or for work that has already been performed Third party software purchased and/or installed on the clients account is non-refundable and without warranty by Sagentic, LLCAny work or service that is performed under a Work-Made-For-Hire agreement is non-refundablePayments made to sub-contractors for required programming and/or special elements requested by the client are non-refundable.----------------------------As such, since he is again threatening legal action, I believe we are done discussing the matter through the Revdex.comWe do have an attorney that his attorney can contact when he is ready to move forward with this frivolous matter Policies can be found at https://www.sagentic.com/policies as stated in his contract

We completed a website for this business and were prepared to launch it over the weekend.  He wanted his money back regardless. Our refund policy is very clear. He tried to threaten us with a lawsuit by having his attorney contact us with threats of legal issues if we didn't refund the money....

Our contract we have with the client is solid and our product for him was complete.  He has no grounds for legal action.  He has made no attempt to get his domain name from us even though we offered it several times.  He doesn't want a website like he signed up for, he wants his money back.  He didn't get anyone else to design a website for him nor does he have his domain name.  We are not going to give him money back after we paid our employees to complete an entire project for him and were ready to launch it.
