Saggios Restaurant

August 15, 2016I am the manager of Saggios restaurant and responded to the customer on August 1, There is absolutely no chance the pizza was not cooked or rawWhen a pizza is ordered with extra sauce and multiple vegetable toppings, it creates a lot of liquidWhen you let that pizza sit for
an hour, the liquid will soak into the upper layers of the breadFor example, it is like dropping a piece of bread into water, and what happens is the bread will eventually soak up the water and become soggyIt does not mean the bread was not cookedThe customer did not want to hear anything other than her pizza was not cookedShe said she had to recook the pizza and she wanted a refundI asked her to save any part of it, and we would remake them a new pizzaShe said they were not going to save any of the pizza because they would not have anything to eat for dinnerA pizza that has been sitting for that amount of time would have to be reheated anywayBefore I could ask her if she had the receipt she said she was going to fight the charge with her credit card company (for a pizza she received and had eaten.) and hung up the phoneIf the customer has her receipt, we will make her a new pizza

it away. He never ASKED if I had the receipt , of course I had it I had just left there min ago the pizza had time to sitThere was NO Extra sauce , yes I had types of veggies with
