Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/09/01) */ I have been serving [redacted] and her entire family for yearsWhen she originally brought the vehicle in, it was doing some strange thingsI have extensive experience and have been running this shop by myself over yearsI explained her that GM has a problem and showed her the technical service bulletin addressing the issues they were havingThe bulletin I showed her pertained to her vehicleWe made some repairs that caused it to have issuesThe bulletin states there was a problem with a connection and to locate the harness connectorIt says that water leaks down on this connection causing the vehicle to not run correctlyIt gives numerous recommendations of what to do to fix these issuesI told her I would do the best I can but its possible e could still face some problemsThe first time she brought the vehicle in one of the connectors got wet again because of the awful rain that we were experiencingAfter we fixed this she went several weeks with no problemsShe screamed and cursed at me over the phone one nightThe next day she came to the business demanding a refundI told her we don't give refund but we can continue trying to fix the problemI said things I shouldn't have said, which is out of the ordinary for meI told her I wouldn't charge her and would continue taking care of herShe stood in my lobby and kept saying horrible thingsAll she kept saying was she wanted her money back, and I told her we simply do not give refundsI told her her only other option is to take it to a GM dealerThe last time she had the problem was because she took the car through the car washShe brought the car back and my son was in the buildingWe fixed the car free of cost and we were getting ready to closeMy son came to my office saying she wants her money backAgain I told her we cannot do thisAfter this it went from bad to worseShe was screaming and yelling and was wanting to beat me the [redacted] out of meShe was waiting for me in the parking lotShe came to my business and was drunk, shoving her daughter trying to get to meMy husband called the police and she was arrestedAlso, her report of me calling her evil, the devil, and mean was a lieShe called me these thingsShe even shoved my son with her chestThe care was waiting for her in the parking lotBottom line, we are willing to continue on repairs, but do not give refunds

There should be no complaint as they have received a full refund and an apology
