Per this compliant, I have attached a copy of the second check that Sagora Senior Living issued for this refundIt is never our intention or practice to not refund owed money to our residents and families in a timely mannerIn this case we had a check distributed and mailed and when we were
contacted by the family we identified that our first check was lost in the mailDue to us not sending refunds via certified mail, we have no way to track themThe included check was cut as soon as we were made aware that the original check was not receivedWe have been in contact with everyone involved and have apologized profusely for this occurringI can be reached directly for any additional questions or concerns in regards to this matter at ###-###-####
