that GM has a problem and showed her the technical service bulletin addressing the issues they were having. The bulletin I showed her pertained to her vehicle. We made some repairs that caused it to have issues. The bulletin states there was a problem with a connection and to locate the harness connector. It says that water leaks down on this connection causing the vehicle to not run correctly. It gives numerous recommendations of what to do to fix these issues. I told her I would do the best I can but its possible e could still face some problems. The first time she brought the vehicle in one of the connectors got wet again because of the awful rain that we were experiencing. After we fixed this she went several weeks with no problems. She screamed and cursed at me over the phone one night. The next day she came to the business demanding a refund. I told her we don't give refund but we can continue trying to fix the problem. I said things I shouldn't have said, which is out of the ordinary for me. I told her I wouldn't charge her and would continue taking care of her. She stood in my lobby and kept saying horrible things. All she kept saying was she wanted her money back, and I told her we simply do not give refunds. I told her her only other option is to take it to a GM dealer. The last time she had the problem was because she took the car through the car wash. She brought the car back and my son was in the building. We fixed the car free of cost and we were getting ready to close. My son came to my office saying she wants her money back. Again I told her we cannot do this. After this it went from bad to worse. She was screaming and yelling and was wanting to beat me the [redacted] out of me. She was waiting for me in the parking lot. She came to my business and was drunk, shoving her daughter trying to get to me. My husband called the police and she was arrested. Also, her report of me calling her evil, the devil, and mean was a lie. She called me these things. She even shoved my son with her chest. The care was waiting for her in the parking lot. Bottom line, we are willing to continue on repairs, but do not give refunds.

There should be no complaint as they have received a full refund and an apology
